Thoughts and Prayers Please-Update in original post

Hi ladies,
I need some thoughts, prayers, good vibes, whatever you have, sent my way. I took a pretty nasty fall down the stairs this morning. The brunt of my fall was on my side, but I hit the hardwood really hard. I called the doctor and the nurse seemed pretty alarmed when I told her I fell down the stairs (not the whole flight, the lower half) and that freaked me out worse.
I'm going for a scan as soon as the staff gets back from lunch. I'm a nervousness wreck, so I could use some Ts and Ps.
Update- LO looked awesome in the ultrasound, just chilling with his thumb in his mouth. Heart beat was great and everything looked perfect, so I am finally able to breathe. Thanks so much for all the support! It was so nice to hear during my big scare.
Oh, and the tech said baby is a boy, but I'm not sure I trust it since it's early. I'm just thrilled LO is okay!

March 2014: first medicated cycle + iui = BFP!
TTC since August 2011, Me = 40, DH = 38
Unexplained IF. Tried Clomid for 3 cycles. All BFNs. BFP 1/6/13. Chemical pregnancy.
Moving on to IVF#1. ER 11/26/13, 16 eggs retreived, 12 mature and all fertilized. 2 blasts transferred on 12/1. All other embies arrested so nothing left to freeze. Beta 12/10 = BFN. IVF #2 March 2014. BFP!!! TEAM BLUE!!!
DS1: 12/17/2014
DS2: born sleeping at 26 weeks on 8/8/2016 due to chromosomal deletion
