Hi everyone,
My son is 2.5, will be 3 in June. We have not transitioned to a toddler bed yet, he has not showed any interest in trying to get out of his crib so we haven't made that change yet. In a few weeks, we are traveling to Florida to stay at a family condo. Has anyone been in a similar situation? I feel like he is too big for a pack and play at this point. I could go buy a portable crib while I'm down there, or I guess just get a rail for the side of one of the beds and see how it goes? Any suggestions would be helpful!

Ditto the Shrunks toddler air mattress.
DS is still in a crib at home, and we have no plans of moving him to a bed anytime soon. But he outgrew the PNP before age 2, so he has been sleeping on a air matress away from home since. We travel regularly, so he is used to it.
DS never stay the whole night on the air mattress. He falls asleep great, but at some point he always wakes up and climbs into bed with us. Since he falls right back to sleep, we have no problem with this arrangement.
