We use Burt's Bees shampoo on him and Sudocream for diaper rash. Both work well so far. That's all I use on him...anything else just gets a bit of breastmilk for now!
We've use AD cream at night and long car rides as a barrier to prevent diaper rash. Desitine throughout the day or whenever I feel like it. We also use JJ bathtime soap when we give soap baths. All have worked great and LO hasn't has any issues with the products.
We also use Burt's bees body wash as a shampoo/soap. I also use Burt's need lotions on him after baths sometimes. We only use desitin maximum strength in the purple tube. None of the diaper creams work as well as it does!

we use Earth Mama Angel Baby shampoo on her hair. only water and the shampoo runoff to clean her body in the bathtub. no lotion at this point. she has had some CJ's BUTTer on a diaper rash about a month ago, but no other diaper creams either unless necessary.
We use Arbonne Baby body wash in the bath (doubles as shampoo when we need it, which is rarely), and Arbonne diaper rash cream. Both are awesome and very gentle. We also have lotion and body oil, but we almost never use them. He really doesn't need "products" right now.
Soap/wash - live clean foaming all in one wash . Diaper cream - sudocream or live clean diaper cream Lotion - cocoabutter or California baby moisturizer Naty brand wipes
I use Burt's bees or aveno for bath time. I also use coconut oil on her as a moisturizer after her bath. We bathe her every 3 days - although we may increase the frequency now that it's starting to get hot because she gets sweaty. I use aquaphor on majorly dry skin (her earslobes have been getting dry and it really helps!).
We use unscented Babyganics foaming shampoo/ body wash. She doesn't get lotion yet but I have Aveeno ready for her for the winter. Those are the only products I have for her.
Burt's Bees for shampoo and lotion, aquaphor for some peely skin patches, butt paste a couple times. I used breast milk for his baby acne and it cleared right up, but I know that doesn't always work for everyone.
We use Johnson and Johnson all in one wash, coconut oil, and Bourdeaux's butt paste. I put the paste on him after every change but really slather it on at night. It's cleared little rashes right up!
Just switched from aveeno to Aquaphor shampoo/wash since she had some dermatitis in her eyebrows. It seems to be helping with the baby acne too. I use Cerave lotion after baths. Its awesome. I have a ton of Burt's Bees lotion but the Cerave goes on much nicer. I was happy with the aveeno though. Haven't looked at the ingredients. Can't be worse than what's in the stuff in using. And desitin when needed.
Thanks @p&b715! I'm doing that as well (penaten since yesterday when we spotted it) and hoping it works. It just bothers me that every diaper I put on will continue to rub his broken skin, so I'm using his pockets even though they're still a little too big since they're softer. How long did it take for your LO's rash to clear up?
We have been using California Baby Calming Shampoo & Bodywash and a little J&J lavender bedtime lotion. The California Baby was a little drying at first, but now we only use soap twice a week in the tub.
"Oh Eli, there's a sanctity in your innocence. A certain beauty and no uncertain strength that brings me to the faith. I don't know if I am climbing to or falling in, but it comes like grace from your tiny hands when I hold you in mine." - Eli's Song
California Baby Super Sensitive shampoo and wash (I use it as a face wash as well), coconut oil as needed for moisturizer (which has only been twice on her cheeks, I think), and Remedy Calazime diaper rash ointment (they used it in the NICU and sent us home with the rest of the tube).
DD has super sensitive skin. We do baths every night, but only 2 a week with soap. I started with j&j, then used Aveeno. It broke her skin into a rash, so back to the j&j that was given to us until I go back to work and we can afford good baby wash. We use coconut oil or lavender lotion twice a week depending on her mood that day. For diapers, I use a creamy petroleum with cocoa butter for everyday use. For rash a mix of Desitin clear and Desitin extra strength. Clears it up in a day.
We use Aveeno baby sunscreen on DS1 (no sun exposure for DS2 yet). CJ's BUTTer stick for diaper rash and preventative before bedtime. I also use my CJ's BUTTer samples for moisturizer. It smells soooooooo good. Coconut oil on his cradle cap.
We use Mustela newborn shampoo for cradle cap, Aveeno for wash and lotion- both from the eczema line. I do lotion after every bath bc DS is working on eczema It comes out in his creases and his cheeks. DD had the same and nothing was as good as the Aveeno. I found the Babyganics foam to be very drying.
Thanks @aviola329 - it's the "bikini line" (lol) for us as well. But in our case we're already in size ones and will be for a little while yet. Powder sounds like a good idea - thanks
We use Burt's bees bath wash & Weleda calendula baby oil for massaging after his wash..this stuff is spendy but so awesome! He has no dry skin at all!
We use the honest company healing salve for rubbing on the bum during some of the poopier changes. This stuff is great, so far he has had no diaper rash at all. The other thing we use from the honest company is a spray for dirty diaper changes, it's moisturizing & lets your wipe go a bit further.
