Re: Questions for those with triplets...
For a stroller, we decided against a triple. We went with a valco twin (side by side all terrain) that has a third joey seat option. We can't use the joey seat yet as the babies are too young. But we have a single stroller (bumbleride Indy) from our older son if we all go out and my husband is there. If for some reason I decide taking all babies by myself is a good idea (hasn't happened yet!) I plan to carry one baby in my ergo with the other two in the double stroller.
The only thing we had three of before coming home were carseats. They all slept in one PNP in our room for the first few weeks. We had one bouncy chair, one swing, and another PNP in our main living space. We have since got another swing and chair. I wouldn't buy too much until you know what they like.

It's triplets!!
Car- we have the Yukon XL and love it but we are both tall have really like to bending down like you would for car-level things (ie cars, wagons, vans). With the 3rd row out there is a ton of space and the last row has a 3/4 split seat for with you other LO is would work. However, as we only 3 LOs I don't know what the logistics would be for getting the other kid into the back. Thinking about the few times when our nanny has had to come to appointments with us, it was a nuisance to get on of us into the back so really, I guess the answer is - don't go with this option. Everyone I know who has 3+ kids has the Honda Odysse and swears by it.
Stroller: we got the city select doable. When your LOs are small you won't be going anywhere, you will be 'just surviving' and getting your routine down for the first 6 months. We only went out for doctors appointments. 2 car seats in the stroller and the other was carried. Ours were winter babies so that played into it as well I think. When they hit 6-7 months and the weather got nicer we got a cheap (off kijiji) 3 in a row triple stroller for walks around the neighbourhood. Until we realized this drew too much attention. We than switched to walking with 2 strollers. The city and a random cheap one stroller we got. We also almost never go anywhere as just one parent (although, I have done it a few times - but when I do, it"s to a store where I know they either have the 3 kid options shopping cart, like Target or a really big shopping cart like costco...so I don't need strollers). this will be something you will have to research and figure out what is realistic for your own circumstances.
Car seats: this will depend on the option of car you choose. If you did the Yukon, no problem ANY car seat will go 3 across. If you do a mini van I think this too will be no problem. Get 2 captains seats and take one out. 2 babies in the back, one on the other captain and lots of room for you to maneuver around inside
I researched THE VEHICLE BEFORE I decided on car seats.
The only other thing that is essential to have 3 of are cribs. We had 2 swings that were plug in (don't do the battery ones as the batteries will die quickly if you are always rotating babies through). Oh and boppie pillows - ours had reflux back which most preemies do. With most baby accessories buy one and figure out if they like it, if you get three of everything and they hate it - you just wasted your money. Gets lots of spit cloths (we did face cloths and they turned into great spill wipers later on).
