Went and bought a pair of cropped maternity jeans during my lunch break. Can I just say, most comfortable thing ever! I may live in them forever.
When I checked out though, the clerk asked me if I was pregnant. I said yes (hence the buying of the maternity jeans), and she looked at me weird and in an accusatory way said "oh ..... well you don't LOOK pregnant". Uhm, thanks? Sorry? Didn't realize I had to look pregnant to buy maternity clothes.
Re: Maternity clothes
BFP#1: 2/2/13 ~ exact m/c date unknown but around 3/20 at 10 weeks ~ diagnosed with PMP ~ D&C on 4/5 ~ TTA for at least 1 year due to PMP ~ cleared to TTC 1/14
BFP#2: 2/7/14 ~ m/c 2/20/14 ~ possibly due to chemical pregnancy ~ TG no D&C is needed
Surprise BFP#3: 4/4/14 ~ super duper extra happy (and nervous) about this one - EDD 12/9/14!!!
John Joseph was born on 12/12/14 at 7 lbs. 11 oz. He is the most beautiful rainbow baby we could have wished for!
A couple weeks back I purchased some maternity shirts & 2 fitted maternity dresses online. They are crazy cute & comfortable. Still not big enough to fill them in but getting there. I love it! Grow baby, grow!
I had to buy a pair of shorts from Target because I had nothing to fit me aside from my maxi skirts. Best idea ever. Still annoyed that to even go shopping to start with. I had just donated everything but my nursing bras a month prior to finding out.
