Old navy sizing?

I can't remember from last pg I am trying to order some pants from old navy in maturnity size in a actual number size if I normally wear a 8 do I order a 8 or maybe a size up?  Does old navymaturnity run small?  TIA

    In my experience you really need to try on the actual things that your buying from Old Navy.  I've tried on 2 things that should be identical and had them fit completely differently.

    I got a bunch of stuff on sale a couple weeks ago and the pants were everything from 1's to 6's and the shirts were xs to m.

    Pants I have are the same size. My sister works at ON and said sizes do tend to run big there though.

    I only have shirts from there and they run big but the pants i'm not sure about. Can you return them to the store if you order them and they don't fit?

    With shirts and dresses I am the same size for both regular and maternity clothes. I tried on my usual pants size for the maternity pants and they did not fit whatsoever (going up a size didn't help the situation either)...I would recommend trying the pants on in the store for sure!

    I've bought almost all my maternity clothes from Old Navy, and I bought everything in the same size I would have pre-pregnancy. I think it runs a little big.

    In my experience Old Navy tends to run big.  If you wore an 8 pre-pg I would definitely not go a size up.

    i would suggest just going there. everytime i go to ON the sales get even better. i bought four shirts and a pair of pants for like 26 bucks last time i was there. some of the tanktops were 1.39 each! how can you get better than that?

    I find Old Navy sizing to be completely random. I have some jeans from them that I bought within six months of each other, same style, that the size 8 is smaller than the size 6. I was wearing some of their jeans as maternity clothes because the bellies on them were so roomy.

    You have to try things on there. I wear everything from an XS to a 12 at Old Navy.
