    Are you lumping all global sex work in as "porn"? Because it seems like you're pretty ill informed on this topic beyond "It's bad because I say so!"


    Just because I don't know how many people are forced into it doesn't mean people aren't forced into it. I never said I knew how many people there were. I said there were a lot. If you read the stories online, you'll agree with me: there are a lot. Add that number, whatever it is, to the number of people still being abused, and you'll get a grand total of a lot. There are no statistics on it, simply because it isn't available. But there is proof.

    DH and I pull out the old porn DVD's every now and then. I'm ashamed to say I got really into one of the story lines one time (when I was by myself) and wanted to fast forward through some of the sex scenes. Eep!

    @shanbp I know DH has watched porn, and maybe he has since we've been married (5 years). I know he doesn't have any movies, and we don't have Cinemax. He doesn't get any magazines.

    He would tell me if he did because it doesn't bother me. If it was a situation like @karissa2009‌ experienced with a porn addiction, that would be a different story.

    Honestly, I don't even know when he would look at porn unless it was on his phone while driving on the freeway to or from work.

    He does masturbate, I'm sure of that.

    I suggested we watch the pirate porn movie recommended by @flitterin and he just laughed. I told him I was serious but I think he believes I'm just teasing.
