I have the PISA and it worked really well for me. No advice on the other one but I pumped for 9 months with the PISA and it was still working just as good at the end.
From what I've read the PISA and ameda are relatively the same. Some things to consider
PISA needs "extra attention" it is an open system so milk can get caught in the tubes, membranes ect. So you'll want to replace those parts every few months.
ameda is a closed system so milk doesn't usually get trapped. However since insurance companies offer ameda pumps the quality has decreased slightly (from what I've read). You don't need to buy a lot of spare parts (no membranes, or tubes to worry about)
that being said with my first the hospital gave me a hand pump which I used. I've onlyresearched customer rreviews on amazon and other sites the mention of mold with the PISA came from reading a review for another pump. Either way I've heard good things about both so the choice is purely up to you.
Don't have experience w/ both but loved my PISA. It was my work buddy for 9 months and still works great. Getting new parts this time for baby #2.
Mama, badass social worker, wife, daughter, semi-crunchy renegade chicken keeper. On hospital bedrest with babe #2 following pPROM at 25 weeks until delivery.
I had the Medela Freestyle and loved it. I know it's different than the PISA - but I wanted to say that in my experience Medela was a good company to work with. I actually had some issues with my Freestyle at first (although now I think it was more likely user error) - and they shipped me new parts right away with no hassle. It was still under warrantly, but even then some companies give you a hard time or make the warranty process cumbersome. But not Medela.
Re: STM- Which pump is better?

I've only tried the PISA. I've never had milk get caught in the tubes. It's an open system, but I've never had milk go where it shouldn't.
I've heard better things about Medela overall vs. Ameda.
