I have names picked but havent decided exactly which it will be. There is a chance of twins so I have two sets of boy/girl names
Eli & Eniyah (DH name starts with E)
Jordon & Jadore (My name starts with J)
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Waited a long time, tried a lot of stuff, science made me a mom.
Loss and IF veteran. Current mom of DS 5.5, DD 2, and sometimes DH 40. Due June 2021 with TWINS
If it's a girl, we're torn between Margaret (Maggie), Simone (Simmy) or Eleanor (Ellie). Not sure for a boy - we have some family names in play that we're still debating!
If it were up to me Anna or Caleb. I'm sure they'll change over time and when we really start talking about it. I don't want to start too early incase it doesn't work out again.
We love Holly Evangeline for a girl & Carter Michael for a boy... however, I;m not 100% sold on Carter b/c I cant imagine what I'd call him for short! We also like Jack Michael
We haven't figured it out yet. We have an Eoin, an Aoife, and an Aine, so if we wanted to keep on track we need to find another unpronounceable Irish name with only one consonant. We're running out of options
We called dibs on Alex-based names among my sibs (his are done spawning) a couple years ago, for either gender. I don't have a preference between Alexandra and Alexandria, but pointed out that we actually first met in Alexandria (our HS's mailing address), so he wanted to go for that one. I reminded him that he once expressed dislike for place-names (and got a very dirty look he couldn't figure out. Had to remind him that my first name is a place-name. That was quite funny, actually), but he's ok with it. I'm not picky between the two female versions. We've long held that our spawn will be an evil genius, so we'll have that possibility covered with Lex.
Middle, torn between Royal/Royale (family tradition) or Lee/Leigh.
Last name is going to be the problem, as we both want a piece of that action.
IUD removed 2/13/14
BFP #1 5/23/14, blighted ovum discovered at 7 wks, Cytotec for missed miscarriage at 8 wks 6/26/14
We like Garrett Logan for a boy and Fiona for a girl. Don't know about middle name for girl yet. And might change minds on boy names, lots of time yet to find new favs.
This is such a tough decision! Boy FN will be Leonard, after DH. Not sure of a MN yes, though.
Girl MN will definitely be Lynn, but not sure about FN. I reeeally like Norah. Other contenders are Penelope, Adelaide and Anastasia. My worry with Anastasia is Fifty Shades of Grey and people associating the name with that book..
For a girl, we both like the phonetic of "Ar-Ee-Ah Claire," but he wants to spell it "Arya", while I would choose "Aria"
For a boy, I'm pushing for James Andrew, with Ian Patrick as a back up. DH is worried that James would turn into "Jim" or "Jimmy," which neither of us like. However, our first is Daniel, and that's all we ever call him.
For a girl I really like, Piper Evelyn, Layne, Noelle, Caroline, and Gretchen. My husband hates all of them. For a boy we have decided on Owen Joseph. Hopefully, we get a boy. If we have a girl, she might be a week old before we decide on a name.
We have so many names, we could have like 20 more kids. I'm not head over heels for any of them yet, so it could end up being something totally different. With our daughter, I had a huge list and DH disliked almost all of them. Then we found "Quinn" and we both loved it. I want something that sounds like a good match for Quinn.
Girl: Palmer (it's a variation of DH's grandmother's very Italian maiden name), Sawyer, Chloe, Camila (nn Mila), Avery, Piper, Zoe, Mia, Harper

For a boy, I'm pushing for James Andrew, with Ian Patrick as a back up. DH is worried that James would turn into "Jim" or "Jimmy," which neither of us like. However, our first is Daniel, and that's all we ever call him.
My brother and sis-in-law named their daughter Arya! I love the sound, but the spelling doesn't really match (I would think it was Are-ya, like "Are ya' going to the movies?" ). I vote for your spelling.

We've been picking baby names since before we were married. For a boy Tucker James (that would make 4 generations of "T" boy names on DH side(Tom,Troy,Travis(DH), Tucker)...talk about pressure) and for a girl Layla Mae
I love Arya as well. BUt, as of today, leaning towards Adalynn Louise (Addie Lou) and Lukas, Micah or Emerson...or Kieran (obviously we havent fully decided yet)
Prayers to everyone for healthy babies and pregnancies.
We had names picked out the week before our wedding. We had a girl already so that one's been used.
Boy: Pax.ton Doug.las FN is MIL's maiden name and she was an only child, I love the thought of honoring her parents. They passed away thinking that was the end of their name. MN is DH's FN.
I'm at a loss for girl names. I wanted something that's kind of multicultural as I'm latina and DH is white. I don't know how our child will identify. Our DD's 1st name is Mi.la
Ds 1 is mason Phillip and ds 2 is Henry James. Middle names we use to honor a family member. I think we like classic traditional names.. If it's a girl it will for sure be Madelyn Marie. If it's a boy were leaning towards William Robert.
