The roommate from hell is giving his 30 days to our landlord!!!!!

A couple leads from previous interviews. It does mean we will be tightening out already tight belts though.

I just wish he could be happy that the roommate drama will be over

    I think when the dust settles we will figure out this was just the kick in the pants we needed to start fresh. I was over the fact that we had roommate anyway but the house was great and I didn't want to go back to apartment living.

    We will come out ahead I think, its just scary starting out. Personally I Live fresh starts.
