  Sounds like baby acne and typical newborn congestion. Call your ped and see what they think though. We have been using the saline nasal spray and the nosefrida since our son was probably 4 weeks. Not much you can do about the acne. Both will eventually go away on their own. The nurse told me that babies can't really develop allergies until they are year to 2 years I believe. I can't remember when but 6 weeks is too young.
