  @MrsMCBMar2014- you'll be only like 45 mins from me! I live right on the Delaware River, just north of the Betsy Ross. I like it here, I just am used to moving around with my parents, so I get bored being in one place too long,  but my H's family (3 generations) live within 30 miles from here, so I'm never leaving... lol
