What type of bathtub or other apparatus do you use for bath time? We have a 3 in one Fisher Price vibration tub, my baby is 5 weeks old and I am still using the stretchy tarp/ sponge bath mode with a pitcher to rinse her. Also wondering if it is time to actually sit her in the water etc.
We have a fisher price one with a sling, we used the sling until DD's cord came off then put her in the water. She used to cry the whole time when we used the sling, but now that she's in the water she totally relaxes and loves it! She's 4 weeks tomorrow.
We have this one. LO hates baths but the moment we turn on the sprayer she is happy. (The sprayer is covered up by the sign.) We waited until the cord fell off to use it.
I'm not the name of it but it's a plush sunflower that she lays in the middle it goes in the sink.
Do you and baby like this? We got this and a bathtub and I'm wondering if I should return the flower thing. Do you put water in sink or run it over her? She sure looks cute in it
I hated the tub with DD. So, after about a week I just brought her into my bath once it cooled & washed her turn handed her off to DH. We'll be doing the same this time as well.
We use one of those mesh chairs that sit in the big tub. I let the water get high enough that he can kick his feet. And then once he's able to sit up unassisted, I'll just put him in the tub.

We both love it! I put it in the sink and keep the water running with her in it. We gave her a bath at my moms house with a tub and she hated it. Cried the whole time, which she's never cried with the flower.
I use Summer Infant Right Height bath tub with the newborn sling. In just the sling alone, he wasn't content, but he loves it with his warm wash cloth covering his body.
@LoveIsAll25 I also have that fisher price tub. I really like it. The cord is still attached so we lay him in the infant sling and sponge bathe him. Once the cord falls off I'll be filling it with some water while he is still in the sling
