Hey Ladies!!

I've missed you the past few days. Life got crazy. My husband and I were planning to build a house in 2 years at my grandma's house. It would cost us about 350k all told. This weekend we by accident saw a listing for almost the exact house we want to build on 6.5 acres right by the HS my kids would go to, for 299k We went and saw it, our house is being "spruced" up right now (paint backsplash in kitchen and decluttered) we're putting an offer in contingent on the sale of our house!!!! It's all happening so fast, I'm so excited, and scared... I have a lot of feels about this.

The house is 1.5 years old, the sellers are motivated because of a relocation for her job. They had no intentions of ever leaving. We (the whole family) actually met her and she cried telling us she hopes we get the house... You guys this is my DREAM house, it is 100% perfect, not quite turn key as the screened in porch needs... screened in, and then 2 rooms need paint, but really seriously that is NOTHING.
