Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: None. I keep having weird ute twinges when I stretch funny but it can't be anything good yet so my body just likes to mess with me. Also I have horrible gas, but that may be from all of the pizza and junk food I've eaten this week.
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? I'm pretty tame and picky about food, but lately I have been trying more things. My H will eat anything, so I don't typically trust his judgement, but I did eat some fried alligator of his the other day and it was as delicious as he claimed.
CD/DPO:29/10(guessing based on FFs new projection)
Timing:4 out of 6 FW days
Testing Plans:Mon (-) n today (-)
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks:confused but I guess that's what I get for not being a "temper" it's just a lil too difficult with DS right now. I have so many symptoms, so that is really messing with my mind. Will wait til Sat to test again (if still no AF).
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? Alligator and also frog legs...sounds cliche but both taste just like chicken..lol!
Cycle/Month: 3 (2AL) CD/DPO: 24/ 9dpo Timing: O+1, O Testing Plans: I started yesterday. I know I know, super early, but I have a bunch of internet cheapies that expired last month, so I figured I would use them up. BFN today.
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: meh. I am not feeling good about this cycle. I have mentally prepared myself for CD 1 next week.
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? My family is very English, so I grew up on bland food. I would say the most "out there" food I have tried is haggus.
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: cramping, tons of CM, and a tinge of pink today. I'm assuming my period will be here soon, so I can get on to the next cycle.
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried?
Oh goodness, lots. All sorts of innards (pig intestines, etc.), alligator, rabbit, snake, shark fin, sea cucumber, pigeon, chicken feet, duck liver pate, crab roe, I'm sure there are lots more I'm forgetting.
These were all eaten pretty much just so I could say I've had it. The only thing offered I've flat out refused was the bull testicles. Nope. I do live in China, so the opportunities are there.
EDIT: yes, @Bennfield10, frog legs! They really do taste like chicken. I was so surprised to find that cliche was true!
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: I signed the contract for my teaching job today! It's official!
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? Probably Ugli fruit. It looks like a giant rotten orange, but it is the most delicious fruit I've ever had.
FF gave my my chs this morning, so joining you ladies from WTO!
@rentaduckie I'm right there with you not agreeing with FF about O this month! I'm still too new to offer any great opinion about o though!
Cycle/Month: 2
CD/DPO: 29/5
Timing: -3, -1, O, +1 according this these ch but I disagree (see below)
Testing Plans: not until AF is late
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: FF says I O'd on Saturday, but I think I O'd on Monday! Had high opks Friday and Saturday, then peak Opk Sunday! This is my first month charting so can I get your opinions/chart stalk?
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? I am a picky eater so nothing too out there! But I did read some ladies on here at pineapple core during tww so I bought one yesterday and ate part! Will eat the other part today! I feel like the captain of the crazy train this month, willing to try anything!
Testing Plans: I tested yesterday since we're going on vacay today and I wanted to be super-sure before the drinking, obviously negative
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: I'm going to Dublin tonight! Woot Woot! And in-law drama has been resolved!
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? I should preface this with that I live in France and my sister-in-law is Japanese. So I dont consider frog's legs, escargot, foie gras, sheep's head, shark, and various other things even bizarre anymore. My definite most out-there thing, that I'm somewhat ashamed to have eaten: Whale. It was in Japan, and I still feel a little guilty. Plus it wasnt that good either, kinda like beef with a fishy undernote.

Congrats in the official signing of your job contract @trinitrotoluene !
Sorry to everyone who had BFNs. Hopefully it's still too early.
Sorry @rentaduckie , I'm no help when it comes to looking at charts. But it does seem a little off, esp with all the positive OPKs.
Cycle/Month: 2
CD/DPO: 22/9
Timing: good
Testing Plans: none anymore
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: temps are below my coverline still. My temps are really all over the place. I'm getting a little frustrated. All can chart stalk if interested:
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? I tried eel before (never again!) and I've had a frog leg. The frog leg wasn't horrible, but it's not my first choice.
TTC #1 since April 2014 Me (29) DH (29) Married 5+ years
@rentaduckie I would agree with FF but your pos OPKs are throwing me off. I don't use them...is it typical to have a pos after you O?
This is my first cycle with them. I have no idea if that's possible. Maybe they're broken. The test line is still darker than the control.
I have had + OPKs after a confirmed O (by temping) they are usually just not as dark as they were prior to O. They can be a pain sometimes more than a help...
holyshitholyshitholyshit. This doesn't feel real…it feels like a trick! I was supposed to get my period yesterday so this morning when I woke up and it still wasn't here I decided to take a test. The only "symptoms" I've had are sore boobs- which is a normal PMS symptom for me also. Oh, and the whole positive pee stick thing…When my DH got back from a run this morning and offered me coffee I told him I'd have to pass on coffee for awhile then shoved the test in his face. He's since asked me no less than 12 times if this is real (I hope so!)
I can't thank you guys enough- I learned so much about OPK's/charting/temping, but more importantly had a place to vent, laugh and deal with this TTC crazy process. I will still be lurking the shit out of everyone hoping for lots of BFPs!
Photo below!
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? Probably alligator in Australia. Tasted like chicken.
Hooray! Congratulations @noodlehead05!
Hopefully there will be lots more positives to follow in the coming days and weeks. Best of luck to everyone in the TWW.
Testing Plans: Saturday, June 7th... had an HCG booster yesterday so that's the test day given to me by my RE
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: I haven't been temping because I'm on a medicated cycle, so there isn't much to look at. I'm still pretty excited that I had EWCM this month, because previous months have been at most a day of watery (but more likely dry) and then move on to creamy.
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? I'll try just about anything, but there aren't a lot of opportunities for trying outrageous foods here in my city.
Testing Plans: Today (see below) and again tomorrow...
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: So I got a super faint line on wondfo, but can't see anything on FRER. Attaching pics!
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? All I can think of is calamari, which I love. I first tried it when I was about 10 and my family wouldn't tell be what it actually was until I tried it.
Testing Plans: Really trying to hold out, but might have to cave here soon
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: Yesterday I posted about how I was showing some symptoms that could also be consistent with a UTI. Haven't had any other symptoms develop, and the UTI test kit I got at the pharmacy came up negative yesterday afternoon AND this morning. So I think that's good news. Still going to keep an eye on it, though, just in case.
However, I still had light nausea and bad cramping in the shower this morning. The nausea wound up getting so bad on my way to work, when I got to my office I almost started dry heaving. Feeling better now that I've had breakfast, though.
Thank you guys, for letting me rant about my crazy symptoms. (If this is just super bad PMS I'm going to be pissed :P)
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried?
Fried gator with my in-laws in Florida, and fried rattlesnake at this place near the Grand Canyon. The gator was better.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
"Heroes get remembered, but legends never die.
Follow your heart, kid, and you'll never go wrong."
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: Temp spike today, but I think that's probably due to drinking last night. I'm feeling a little better about being out this cycle. I figure I'll get my period anywhere from tomorrow to Sunday. 16 days is the longest my luteal period has ever been, so I won't even consider testing again unless I go past that.
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried?
Chicken hearts. I was in Brazil, and they grill them up as appetizers at BBQs.
@bostonbaker & @OnceInLoveWithAmy - Another blandie here! My mom is pretty much afraid of all spices because she thinks they're "spicy" with heat. I grew up thinking salt was the only way to season food.
Testing Plans: Sunday if temps stay up. So far do good, they're holding steady above 98.0
Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: My boobs feel heavy and tender, and my back has been hurting for days. I don't think these are pregnancy symptoms, I'm just complaining
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or out there food you have ever tried? I used to travel a ton for work, so I've eaten some things that were outside my comfort zone but not too crazy: escargot, caviar, giant undercooked prawn type things, paella with squid ink, horse steak, foie gras...
ETA: Lobster brain too

Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: No cycle rants but I am aggravated that I have to be in a training all day today.
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? I'm from the south and my favorite out there food is chitterlings or how I call it "chitlins.
Testing Plans: none unless I'm late. Which means I'll start ASAP. Ha
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: well I'm currently on vacation with H's family. No temping due to the sleeping situation (sofa bed in the living room. I don't sleep well) and also we have been drinking every night, so it's pointless. I snuck around and had a +opk way earlier than I imagined (cd14) so the sex was creative. We had to tell my MIL and she took FIL "on a drive" so we could be alone. Talk about awkward. Haha. I made FF put CH's the day after my + opk, though I technically have no idea if I o'd since I'm not temping to confirm. This is turning out to be an odd FW for sure.
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? This trip alone I've tried octopus and escargot. I've also had beef cheek.

@bostonbaker It was pretty small, but bigger than I expected. About the size of a marble, if I'm remembering correctly (it was a long time ago), maybe a little smaller? Bigger than a pea? Somewhere in that range . It was disgusting, so I don't have fond memories of it.

Rants/Questions/Chart
Stalks: My breasts are sore, which is totally normal around this time in my cycle, so I'm pretty sure I'm out. I'm so tired of this. I know I've still had it fairly easy, but I'm so done with getting my hopes up, even slightly, to end up the same as every month before. I'm so lonely with regard to IF. And I'm getting really tired of MH having performance stress every month. Like, maybe if we could hit more than 2 days in my FW it would happen already. I've been poked, prodded, cut open, u/s-wanded, and medicated. I'm soooo sorry that you have to worry about having an orgasm. (To be fair, he's on a medication that does make it difficult sometimes; I'm just angry and frustrated.)
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? Hmm, I've had beef tripe, eel, shark, caribou, and alligator. I feel like there's something else, but I can't remember it.

@DarcyHermoine - I had dreams of positive HPTs for 4 nights in a row. It sucked every morning waking up and taking a test to see a BFN. ((((HUGS)))) I know exactly how you feel.
Testing Plans: I'd like to say 14 DPO on our 8th wedding anniversary, but I'm sure I'll cave and test at 10 DPO
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: feel sure I will get crosshairs tomorrow to confirm O. Maybe this will be lucky cycle 14?
GTKY: What is the most adventurous or 'out there' food you have ever tried? I am pretty picky, so I think I is have to say fried alligator is as out there as I've gone.
Sorry it took me so long to respond to everyone. It ended up being a post and run because a friend needed my help packing. Thanks for all the congrats.

Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: going emotionally insane, working hard not to read into everything. Sore nipples, unusual for me at this point in the cycle, headaches, acne, bloating, achy low abd/pelvis. Yeah, clearly doing a great job not focusing on irrelevant signs this early. Also-emotional mess, lots of crying yesterday & today- heaven help me.
GTKY: tried a dish in Germany with a lot of odd looking meats and other ingredients- specifically asked not to know what exactly I was putting in my mouth. Had one bite, wasn't horrible, but ate French fries with mayonnaise and ketchup (Dutch, and very popular over there) for a safer meal choice LOL.

Somewhere in that range
CD/DPO:22/9?
Timing: -2, -1
Testing Plans: Tomorrow, to get it over with.
Rants/Questions/Chart Stalks: My breasts are sore, which is totally normal around this time in my cycle, so I'm pretty sure I'm out.
