    Mine is a long explanation, but its still ONE favorite thing.  :-)  

    The background...
    We live with my parents right now, and I work from home full-time.  DD goes to daycare 3 days a week, and my Mom watchers her 2 times a week.  My work desk is in the finished basement - directly at the bottom of the stairs.  At the top of the stairs is the hall to the kitchen, and there's a gate set-up.  

    The favorite thing...
    With DD crawling like crazy now, every now and then I hear the gate start to shake a little - and when I turn around, my little girl is standing there looking down at Momma.  Melts my heart!

    Ok, her giggle. When we really get her going and she giggles like crazy it's the most beautiful sound. I literally cried the first time she did it.
