How many weeks? 36

What fruit or other random object? Honeydew

Upcoming appointments? Growth ultrasound at 3, check up at 5:15

Any questions? Symptoms? Nothing new. Hoping that the abdominal cavity measurement discrepancy has evened out.

Food cravings/aversions? No

How many weeks? 39 weeks- 1 to go!

What fruit or other random object? Watermelon, and feeling every bit a watermelon.

Upcoming appointments? I go tomorrow for my 39 week check-up. I'm guessing we may talk about induction too. I'm excited and nervous.

Any questions? Symptoms? I'm having a lot of tightening in my abdomen. I don't know if it's BH or contractions. My whole abdomen gets really tight and last like that for anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. It's not timeable or consistent so I know I'm not having true labor contractions. Anyone know what these are?

Food cravings/aversions? I really don't want to eat at all, but when I do, I only want carbs.

GTKY: What is your favorite summer activity? Laying by a pool, reading a book, hanging out with friends. I'm sad because I'm not sure how much I will get to do that this year.

What fruit or other random object? Watermelon, and I definitely feel like a watermelon is in there!

Upcoming appointments? Induction is tomorrow at 4pm ahhh! Baby will be here Friday.

Any questions? Symptoms? Swollen feet and back pain. It hurts to move.

Food cravings/aversions? Iced coffee... I may have gotten it twice this week already.

GTKY: What is your favorite summer activity? Relaxing at the lake or beach.

Those sound like BH to me, @JulieSmiles‌ , but keep an eye on them! My labor with DS started as BH that became timeable and regular. They didn't hurt like what I considered "normal" contractions for a while- they just felt like a tightening that stole my breath.

How many weeks? 36 weeks; I am bringing up the rear due date-wise, but my C-section is scheduled for a week from tomorrow.

What fruit or other random object? 2 big honeydews

Upcoming appointments? NST and prenatal visit on Friday, final NST and ultrasound with MFM on Tuesday.

Any questions? Symptoms? I am just in pain every where, no matter what position I am in. I want to be done.

Food cravings/aversions? Nothing at the moment…reflux sucks. Oh! I have been loving Wawa Green Tea lately.

GTKY: What is your favorite summer activity? DH's family owns a house in the mountains in north central PA…it is quiet and low key with a small town and gorgeous scenery. We LOVE going there for a laid back vacation, but won't be doing it this year. This year, my grandma is paying for a house in the outer banks for all my aunts, uncles, cousins, parents, etc. We will be going with 2 month old twins- crazy town!

Upcoming appointments? tomorrow; NST, fluid level check, and growth scan

Any questions? Symptoms? I think I could die I am so tired. I average an hour of sleep these days and am still working full time through next Friday. And my back hurts....and I've been having contractions since last Monday..... so I'm pleasant

Food cravings/aversions? UGH I want all the ice cream in the world. Stupid GD

Hi everyone. I was a Wednesday ticker changer. I would have been 38 weeks today but instead I'm sitting here holding my 12 day old baby boy. He's doing really well. He's an awesome sleeper and happy baby. I'm struggling with breast feeding. He constantly falls asleep while nursing and I think it's causing some supply issues for me. He's still not back to his birth weight but pediatrician is not worried until he hits 3 weeks. I've called and emailed a LC but have t heard anything back.

I got good news and bad news at my ultrasound. Good news is that his abdominal cavity is now only measuring one week ahead, which pretty much matches the other measurements. I'm relieved about that.

The "bad news" is that he's now breech.

I know there's time for him to turn. He was head down last week. The midwife mentioned an ECV but my OB (separate practice) said he wouldn't recommend it.

Julie, I agree with MrsP that it sounds like BH, when the nurses at my practice ask if I've had any contractions, they always describe BH as a whole-belly tightening. And mine do kind of take my breath away at times.

@kks4471 - good luck tomorrow!!

@hjl050308 - I'm glad you've got a happy, good sleeper, but I'm sorry to hear about the breast feeding issues. I had the same problem with my daughter (falling asleep). We ended up having to supplement anyway, due to a metabolic disorder scare, so I don't have any suggestions for you. I hope that the LC gets back to you soon!
