Intro

Hello ladies, I have finally started commenting on this board and wanted to introduce myself before I go any further. I am including the links to where I shared my full story in my birth club below if anyone wants the full story, but we received the devastating news at our 20 week ultrasound that our son had no amniotic fluid surrounding him and after many tests, he was diagnosed with LUTO (a urinary tract obstruction), a hole in his heart, and Downs Syndrome. We were told he would not survive since he could not produce amniotic fluid and his lungs could not develop.

I went into labor at 34 weeks and he lived for a little over 3 hours. He was born on April 27. Isaac Allen was beautiful and the time we had with him was precious. I miss him so much and hardly know how to go on right now, but without a doubt, I know this was God's plan for our lives. I know He will use this for His glory, but right now, I feel so lost most of the time.

I want to thank all of you on this board for helping me feel less alone and crazy this past month, even if you didn't know it.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your son is beautiful. This board has been a tremendous support to me, and I know that the community will support you as well. Lots of hugs and prayers to you and your family.
