I don't work out. My baby is happy as can be, I'm eating what I want, AND I'm getting laid on the reg. I put on my swimsuit from last summer yesterday and DH promptly said "thanks for the chubby".
so glad to know that I am not the only one without any time to even think about exercising. I am not sure I even know what that word means anymore. Here's to a "sit by the side of the pool" type of summer.

Ummm... I'm pretty sure I still look pregnant. I'm thinking I'll pass on the bikini this year and maybe next year, now that I think about it, I don't think I'll ever fit in one without a muffin top again. Damn 4 th child ( :-S

Third u/s 9/9/2013 - 157 and 161 heartbeats ... a BOY and a GIRL!!!! Cervix on the "shorter side" (3-3.3) - going to check again in 2 weeks. Fourth u/s 9/23/2013 - Baby A = 157 Baby B= 150 heartbeat. Cervix now 2.3-2.6 ... being referred to a MFM MFM Appointment 9/26/2013 = Both babies healthy, cervix now measuring at 4 - Playing tricks on me ... will follow up in 2 weeks. Cervical check 10/7 with regular OB - 2.1cm --- going BACK to the MFM armed with ultrasound pictures from my OB of my cervix. *sigh* MFM Appointment 10/8 - confirmed my cervix at 2.1cm - putting me on Progesterone for a week. MFM Appointment 10/17 - Cervix unchanged! Keeping me on Progesterone - followup 10/29

@jmhawkes I'm with you on feeling better after a good workout... Gives me energy and boosts my confidence. Luckily DH makes his own schedule and he has been coming home early to watch LO so I can hit the gym before dinner time. I didn't BF so I'm not having that extra benefit of burning those calories... I'm trying to do 30 mins of cardio and 20 mins of weights everyday, But cardio is a bitch. Anyone tried running at all? I feel like an 80 year old woman about to pee my pants....

@Mskris66 Knew I was not the only one:) I agree with you cardio is the hardest part, I have been trying to do 5 minutes of running, then 5 of walking and it seems to help. Hoping to work back up to my old running habits slowly but surely.
I start with a light jog then I do some sprints. I try to do an ab circuit followed by some weighted squats. After that I do a lot of jump squats and burpees... I usually wrap it all up with planks and push-ups.
Oh wait... ACTUALLY....I forgot, I don't do shit... My c-section is still open and I can barely carry my son in his car seat.

Yes! I can't get the image of a sheep in a bathing suit out if my head. Baaaaaaaaa.
Also, my new favorite thing is ice cream drinks. Booze + ice cream = win. This is not good for baaaaakini wearing aspirations, but it is really good for my mood.
The only bikini il b looking at on is from the photo of me & my 'hot body' last year! This year it's all about the tankini with built in belly holder inner!!!! Plus I'm tooo busy loving being back on the wine & eating crap! I'm also crap at working out or gyming coz I'm tooo lazy lol! Life's too short as my mum says!
I HATE these threads..... You guys always talk about all these amazing foods like pie! I LOVE pie, but it's hard to get decent pie in the UK but it seems to be a massive thing in the states and always looks amazing in films.... SEND ME PIE!!!! Or invite me and LO over for a food sampling holiday

Pre BFP I was a runner, I had to stop early on at 7w pp I started running again and my bm supply went down drastically. I will join @FarmBoysWife club of happily breast feeding and not exercising!

I love baking. Pre-baby I baked at least 3xper week. I'm married to a farmer so lots of hungry men around the place! Post-baby.... Baking?! Ha! Maybe once a week and only simple things! I'm too tied under with this gorgeous baby and keeping up with just cooking main meals! It's defo on my to-do list to master a good pie. Pastry scares me. Biscuits and cakes I am very good with - all kinds of flavours and styles, but pies is my next hurdle
Just picked up two cheeseburgers from In-n-Out, read this post, and then proceeded to eat both of them and finished them off with a big strawberry shake.
Now I'm going to enjoy the 8 hours of sleep that my LO allows me each night.
