NT scan

in 2nd Trimester
Had nt scan last week, saw my results online and kinda freaking out...the nt measurement was .97 mm which I think is fine, hcg was about 65,000 which I think is also ok, Papp-a was 279...not sure what that means. But it then said that patients risk of Down's syndrome is less than 1 in 25!!!! I don't get how the risk is so high???

    Did you call your OB about the results? I think that would be the best place to go for questions.

    Definitely call your doctor to understand what caused the algorithm to give you a higher risk score.
