I thought we were in transition too the last few weeks but this week she is back to 2 naps. She gets up at 6:30, Naps at 9:30 and 2:30 for 1.5 hours each usually and is sleeping by 7:30 pm. The last few weeks were a different story though as she fought her morning nap and would either not take it at all or only sleep for 30 minutes. On days she is in daycare she only takes 1-1.5 hour nap. I'm not ready for 1 nap yet!
Up between 6-7 (depends on weekday or weekend). Nap after lunch (12:30 or 1 to around 3). Bed at 7 when he was 13 months. We moved to 7:30 last month because he was taking so long to settle down at night we figured why fight that. DS is in DC, though, and they only do one nap from 12 months on, so that's a lot of why we were at one nap by 13 months.
DD will be 13 months on Sunday (gasp! Where did the time go?!). Her schedule is this:
6-6:30 wake up
8:30-9 nap for about an hour
2pm nap (at daycare; I work afternoons) for about 45 minutes (we just started this new routine last week so we're still in the transitioning phase of her going to DC)
DS didn't transition to 1 nap until 1 week shy of 18m.
At 13m, he was definitely on 2 naps.
Wake up 6:45-7a
1st nap 9:30-10a (1.5 hr nap)
2nd nap 2:30p (1.5 hr nap)
Bedtime 8p
Between 13-18m, there were a number of times I thought DS was going to drop to 1 nap... He wasn't napping well, not napping long, not wanting to go down etc. turned out every single time it was due to teething. Once the teething was over, he went back to his 2 nap schedule beautifully.
At 15.5m, I was convinced he wanted to drop to 1 nap, so we tried that for a few days. It was an epic failure. He was not ready for it and we had meltdowns multiple times a day because he was too tired. So we went back to 2 naps until he was 18m. When we finally switched, he was absolutely ready and we never looked back (ie, no back and forth switching between 1 and 2 naps).

My daughter is 14.5months but nothing has changed since 13months.
Wakes at 6:30-6:45
Naps 8:45-10:45 (approximate)
Naps 1-3(approximate; I have to wake her, she'll sometimes go 2.5-3hrs) I run a home daycare so need to wake her to do snack and outside play with the other kids.
Bed 7:30 (wakes at about 12am and 5am for a quick nursing).
Ya, I don't think we're ready for one nap either, but was just curious. He has been sleeping soooo well lately but yesterday he slept for 2.5 hrs for his first nap & woke at 1:30, which meant his next nap would be at 5:30 (HELL NO). But by 4:30, he was already melting down & no way we could have kept him up till bedtime. We let him have a quick snooze & then went swimming.
That long first nap is rare though as he had vaccinations earlier this week. His awake time is 4 hrs so ya, not ready for one nap...

Can you swap it up and make the morning nap shorter so the afternoon one isn't so late and pushing into the evening?
My son took 2 naps until he was 16 months old. He woke up between 6 and 6:30. Naps were always 8:30-10 and 1:30-3. Bed time was (and still is) at 7:30.
DS is 13.5 months and has been on 1 nap for about 6 months now.
Wakes at 9-9:30
Naps around 2:00-3:00 for 1.5-2 hours unless particularly tired
Sleeps at 9:30-10
Of course, sometimes the schedule gets messed up, like last night he was up a bit from his first molar coming in and woke up at 8 am, so his one nap was almost 3 hours. Also, I give him his morning bottle around 6-6:30, and usually he falls right back asleep but sometimes he lays awake for 20-30 minutes and then falls asleep.
I know, not a typical schedule, late to bed and to rise but works better for us. My wife likes to sleep in, and I like to see DS for as much as I can after work. I make it home for dinner solids like half the time, always give him his nightly bath (which I cherish), and give him his last bottle before bed.
