  I have my growth US at 8am! Fingers crossed lil man is not too big (that's why we are doing it since I'm pretty small boned) I'm 38.3 wks
  UPDATE: Well crap! Baby boy's estimated weight is 8.5lbs!!! They said he has a big fat belly! I think it's from all the sugar/carbs I ate I wasn't diagnosed with GD but was borderline. I hope to God they agree to induce me at 39 weeks (next week) so I have a shot at vaginal delivery!

  growth scan at 7 am and then my NST afterwards. Technically that's not till 10 but I'm going to just try to go in early and play preggo brain

  37 week NST & US at 3pm EST. Cervical check I think too...haven't had one yet. Ive have had periods of cx all week, some pretty legit ones last night and this morning. Back cx are awful.

  Just got back from my 36 week appt. I'm GBS negative! And I've gained 40lbs (whomp whomp). Had to get some blood work done because of high blood pressure.
  
  My office does growth scans routinely and I was going to have mine next week, but I've been paranoid the past few days about her having reduced movement so they decided to do it today. LO is 5lbs15oz and is doing everything she's supposed to be doing at this stage. Yay! Apparently I just suck at feeling her movements.

  Went to my colorectal specialist today. I now have a fistula and an abscess, one on each side. Seems like the infection is spreading. Dr prescribed new pain medication cuz the Percocet was making me sick. Only 4 more days to go. Specialist says I will feel a lot better once baby is out. I can't wait!

  Had my 34/35 week appt this morning. Bad news... blood pressure was really high. 140/98 when the nurse first checked it, then my doctor checked it hoping to see it go back down and it was up to 160/110... on both arms.  She said I only had trace protein in my urine and no other signs of pre-eclampsia, but I have to do a 24-hour urine test this weekend and rest (although not on official bedrest). I'm feeling super down about it all. I'd feel so much better if I was full-term, though she kept telling me if they had to deliver me today LO would be fine (she thinks he is a big boy). Trying not to make myself over stress about it, but I spent the whole morning bawling.

  Well poop!  No change for me.  I'm still dilated at 2cm and 70% effaced.  I'm going to get all stabby now like @Proudmommi3because my doctor keeps telling me that I could have the baby anytime.   )  In all seriousness though, I'm just going to chill until my little peanut decides she's ready to face this big world.

  Been waiting over an hour now for my midwife. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to stare at the strep b swabs sitting on the table

  lol I know where to find it, but have no idea how to check for dilation just TTC stuff. Although I do feel something hard at the very end of my vagina now so I think that may be LOs head dropped reeeeallly low (or I grew some new bones all of a sudden.)

  Appt update: The growth scan went awesome and the girls are measuring 5 lb 13 oz and 5 lb 14 oz (+/- 14 oz, so at least 5lbs which makes me happy!). The NST went well and the pre-e hasn't changed since yesterday, woot! I have to keep monitoring my BP at home but we're hoping to get through the weekend with no babies!

  Had my appt. this morning and was really excited because I thought something was going on. I was sure I was a bit dilated but come to find out, I am not, but baby's head is low and my cervix is soft so we are moving in the right direction. Unfortunately we found out that I am showing the beginnings of pre-e. Dr. is not too concerned yet but she said we will definitely be monitoring me more closely. I have to do a 24 hour urine collection starting Sunday and then take the urine to L & D on Monday to be tested. Depending on the results, we may be having a baby Monday but hopefully they will just send me home and I can follow up with my Dr. On the bright side, baby girl looks great and Dr. Is confident that if she has to arrive Monday, she will be just fine!   NST and 35 week appt with Group B strep swab and cervical check.  I am 2 cm dilated (I know that means nothing, and I don't WANT to go into labor really since I am having a c-section), but my OB said that he can tell why I am having so much pelvic pain- their heads are RIGHT there.  I love my OB :-).  Whenever I am nervous, he is so patient with my questions.

  I had my 36 week appointment today.  Now I switch to weekly appts, which I never had to do when pregnant with my daughter.  Trying to figure out  how to fit them all in, and what to do with my daughter for them.  
  
  The appt went well though!  I didn't need the GBS swab, because I had GBS early in this pregnancy, so they just automatically do the antibiotics.  Baby girl is still head down.  The doc could feel her head above my pubic bone, so even though I am having lots more pressure and so many more contractions than I did this early with my first, they aren't doing anything.  I still have 4 weeks til my due date, and my first was 5 days overdue, so I've been assuming things will go over again this time.  Heartbeat sounds good, I'm up a pound from 2 weeks ago, everything else was good.  
  
  I can't believe how much is going on on the board!  I hope everyone with the pre-e worries has safe and  uneventful weekends!!

  Had my 35 week appt today. Baby is very small so they are recommending induction at 37 weeks. I typically go along with what the doctor recommends, but I don't know if I should for this. She is passing her NST and Dopplers.

  36w check up. Measuring on track, but had to get an NST today. Kinda of unnerving. Thankfully he passed.

  Had my 37 week check up and growth ultrasound today. This baby just keeps getting bigger. Measuring 9 pounds 13 ounces and c section scheduled 2 weeks from today. He's on track to be 11+ pounds by then. I also have high fluid levels but baby looks healthy. My blood sugar and blood pressure are low so they think his size is just genetics (I was 9.5 pounds and DH was 10.5). Crazy. I can't wait to meet this big fella!

  I had a BPP today and then an appointment after. My fluid is low and my blood pressure is high, so they sent me up to L&D for a NST and blood work. LO was sleeping for the first half of the NST so I drank some ice water and it woke her up. The doctor came in after about three hours and said because of my low fluid and high bp, she wants to induce me at 37 weeks! I'll be 37 weeks next Sunday. How exciting!

  Had my 37 week appt today, just an ultrasound to make sure she's head down (yup, woo!) and the nurse said to me " would you like a complimentary cervix check?" Like she was offering me a cookie at the front desk of a hotel. I just about died laughing.
