Blood pressure check today. I'm officially kick ass-ing it on the post-birth weight loss and my bp was 128/something - if only my body could have been this awesome LAST week.

Going to ask about my pesky steri strips as well.

Update: I am officially off one bp med and she removed my steri strips. Ah heaven.

I have my 38 week appt today at 11. Last 2 times my OB could not check my cervix bc it is pushed really far back (does anyone know why? I'll ask today) hopefully making some progress!! I'm still afraid baby boy is big and my pelvis is small! But hopefully it's big enough for him although if his head is not turned the right way I dunno! I have a Growth US tomorrow it's the first one I'm doing...fingers crossed!

36 week appointment at 1:30 EST. First time I'm sitting down with my doctor since they found the cord around baby's neck at my growth ultrasound so have a million questions. Will also get the GBS test and internal.

Just had my 36 week appt. Had the Strep test swab and first internal exam. Doctor said I am 2 cm dilated and everything looks good, baby's head is down low and cervix is tilted out which it's supposed to do. She suggested I work from home starting next week since my office is about 45 min away from the hospital, but I only live about 15 - 20 min away. Crazy, things are happening fast! Sounds like I will have her early.

Update: Nothing happening down low, which I'm happy about. Need to make it past June 7th which is my girls ballet recital plus my OB is out of town week I'm 38 weeks. He thinks I'll make it to 39 just fine.

38 week appointment, I only have one more appointment after this. I'll be induced on the 4th if baby doesn't come on its own. So hard to believe!

Had a NST and cervical check this morning. NST was great. I am still only 1 cm dilated. Only one more NST until my induction date.

NST and fluid check today. Everything was looking good for baby. The 24 hour urine came back with protein at 192. Dr. said she wouldn't be worried unless it was 300 or more. BP was a bit high so she had me buy a digital blood pressure machine to take my BP four times a day. I'm supposed to call her if the top number is over 140. Results from my GBS weren't back yet.

@jmar2011 - did you get your results back?

Had my 36 week appointment this morning. My weight had dropped slightly from last week, which my OB said could be a sign that things will get going in the next week or two or three. Everything else was just fine and GBS test came back negative, so whoo!

38 week appointment was today. LO is still head down and low. Heart rate was in the 140s. She checked my cervix; 1.5cm, 60%, and -2 (so only slight progress since 36 weeks). She also did a membrane sweep, which was pretty uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Afterwards there was some blood and fluid on the table, and I've been a little crampy with some BH here and there. I had to go to work right after so I just put on a pad and have only been bleeding a little bit since then.

Another appointment down, hopefully 1 more to go!

ETA: Also found out today that my GBS test came back positive. No biggie..just antibiotics and possibly an extra day in the hospital.

Had another appointment with OB today (they wanted to see me again this week because of all my swelling/BP issues/GD issues/ans issues)... Basically the docs had their high risk meeting this morning and all agreed I'm too high risk to keep going past 37 weeks. So... I turn 37 on Sunday so we are checking in Saturday night to start induction (hopefully) before anything gets too serious. Gonna get to meet this little guy very soon!

Otherwise, NST was great, baby is looking good. :-)

I had my 35 week appointment today at 4pm, I was a little crampy so had a NST and cervix checked for the first time. Everything seemed fine, I'm not contracting, BP is good and Dr. Is happy with my blood glucose numbers.

@jmar2011 - That's really frustrating! My bloodwork came back fine, but my dr. still didn't rule out pre-e because my BP is always high at appointments.
