I've been crazy busy lately. Not much time to Bump or even be on FB. I've been reconnecting with my friends at Seattle Grace/Seattle Grace Mercy West/Grey Sloane Memorial Hospital. Man, I love Christina Yang. She is so badass.

Also, at the age of 37 I've discovered that I love chicken salad sandwiches.

This is my life. Getting excited about chicken salad and fictional television characters.

It was just chicken, mayo, onion, and celery. Nothing crazy because I wasn't sure I would like it. I got it from the little store in my building.

I will likely try it with apples and cranberries because that sounds delightful and I have an unhealthy love of Waldorf Salad so it would be just like that except with chicken and cranberries.

Apples and chicken is great and also works in tuna salad. But not if you use red delicious, which is never ever delicious. Empire apple 4-lyfe!
