Just curious to see how long up until baby you all are planning on working. I am so over the whole work thing but I have no reason not to so I am going to tough it out. I feel like I worded this a bit weird but I hope you get the point (words are hard).

My last day will be the day before my C-section, I am not happy about it but DH says we need the extra money (bullshit we are fine) and I have no medical reason not to (which is good but I am just not feeling the whole work thing).
I'm planning to "work" until baby comes.
How productive I'll be is up for debate.

I'm not new. I just hate The Bump.

ETA: I also really don't enjoy my job in the least bit, otherwise I might consider working a little longer just to avoid boredom, but yeah...I don't, so screw it! :-p

It. Is. Boring. Though I'm glad I made it as long as I did, my OB takes most twin moms off around 26 weeks and the other moms in my twins group were off around 21-24 weeks.
I intended to work unitl 38 weeks, but decided over the weekend that I will stop at 37 weeks. I commute from Long Island into NYC. My commute involves 4 min drive to the railroad station, 1 hour 14 mintue ride into Penn Station, then 2 subway trains to my job that take 20 minutes and lots and lots of stairs. The thing is the commuters are not that nice. It's hit and miss with someone offering their seat. Then with all the pushing and people dashing to get the trains, I'm so stressed out and anxious all the time that 1) I won't get a seat and 2) someone's going to bump into my belly.
I actually broke down crying on the train last week because I was first in line when the train pulled in, yet when the doors opened everyone just rushed in ahead of me so that they could get seats...but what about the pregnant lady?! I've decided that my mental health is more important than money. I'm the assistant to the owner of the company, so he's pretty flexible with me taking time off.

My last day I will be 38+6. My commute is an hour each way and it is all I can do to get out of bed in the morning and get myself in the car.
Plus my house is a disaster so I want it completely deep cleaned before LO arrives and I really want to spend some quality time with DD, just her and I.

I give major props to anyone still working at this point... I'm on modified rest and still miserable.
Elsa, What do you think of a person who only does the bare minimum?

I'm doing my job, my replacement is doing well and my boss is happy. I just am not going above and beyond at this point.FYI it took me 5 minutes to post this ^^ because I kept getting distracted by all the great gifs and memes. I thought one was pretty appropriate for most of us who are still working:
