EDD vs what you calculated EDD vs actual delivery

I'm curious for all you lucky mamas that have outside babies already-

When I got the BFP my calculated due date was 5/19 based on my AF cycle. At my 8 week ultrasound my EDD got changed to 5/28. Still have an inside baby but it'll be interesting to see if she is 'early' and closer to the due date I calculated in the beginning.

My EDD based off my LMP was 5-10. It was changed after my first u/s to 5-20 and I'm still fat and pregnant.

I got pregnant after 1 month of being off BC and based on my first and only cycle thought I had a 35 day cycle & calculated my EDD for 5/22. My dating u/s showed me for 5/21. Then in March they changed it to the first day of my last AF to 5/15...still pregnant.

I was temping and based off that, my EDD would have been 5/16. At my dating ultrasound, she was measuring a day off from that date, but the OB decided to stick with my LMP (I ovulated a week late due to a chemical pregnancy) so she put my EDD as 5/10. I delivered on 5/9.

I still have an inside baby... But I calculated my EDD to be 5/28 and that is what my OB has listed as well.

Based off my LMP I calculated may 23, but at my dating ultrasound (8 weeks) my OB switched me to 5/18; all my ultrasounds after that correlated to a 5/18 EDD. I delivered 5/2 at 37+5.

LMP put me on May 8th, I was switched to May 1st due to ultrasounds and then actually ended up being induced on May 8th and delivered may 9th!

Based on my LMP, I was due 5/8. Dating ultrasound confirmed it as 5/8. I'm now 41 weeks and counting. DS was due on 1/27, dating ultrasound confirmed 1/28 but he wasn't born until 2/7 and I was induced.

With both babies I was charting and knew my exact due date, both early ultrasounds (6w6d for DD1 and 8w5d for DD2) matched up exactly to my dates. DD1 was born at 39w6d and DD2 was born at 37w2d.

Based on LMP my doctor initially set my EDD at 5/13. I was charting so I thought it should be 5/23. Dating ultrasound said 5/21. Still pregnant...

ETA 20wk anatomy scan was also consistent withthe 5/21 EDD.

Based on LMP, I'd be due 5/17. Based on charting temps and OPKs, my EDD is 5/28. My 8 week ultrasound put me one day further, 5/29. So far, all other measurements have agreed with those dates. I'm still pregnant.

Still have an inside baby but I can answer formyfirst. With DD1, original was 1/24, it changed to 2/1 and she was born 1/30. I drove myself crazy wondering, so this time I decided to just accept what they told me... of course this time they didn't change it at all from the original 5/27 haha. I guess we'll see!

Lmp said 5/7. Dating ultrasound at 7 ish weeks said 5/8. He was born 4/23.

With my first son, lmp said 1/31. Dating ultrasound at 8 weeks said 2/7. He was born 2/1.

I thought I would be due 5/3 but dating ultrasound said 5/10. Had a rcs due to breech on 5/6 and he measured larger than expected for a 39w3d, I still think I was right.

My calculation based on LMP was 5/4. This stayed the same throughout my pregnancy and DD was born just 5 hours before her EDD at 18:51 on 5/3. Pretty accurate!

I waa temping and based off of my O date my due date should have been May 17. Dating u/s says May 15th. Baby has been measuring on track for May 15th or bigger.

I am still pregnant.

With DS- LMP 1/22, first U/S 1/27, arrived 1/3 pre-e induc turned C/S; DD- LMP 5/7 or 5/8; first U/S 5/17; she was born 5/2 unmedicated VBAC after water broke on its own. I am a late ovulator so I know the First U/S is more accurate.

Based off LMP EDD was May 23 but I had an ovulation induced cycle so I know exactly when I ovulated and thus my "real" EDD was May 22. Little one came May 12.

I was temping, using OPKs, and charting through Fertility Friend. FF gave me a due date of 5/19, my 8-week ultrasound said 5/20. Pretty close. Regardless, I'm still pregnant.

LMP is 5/8 but early ultrasound is 5/20. Still pregnant.

It was my 1st cycle post D&C so I am sure it's closer to the ultrasound date rather than LMP.

LMP was August 7. So EDD was May 14. MW bumped it to May 16 based on my cycle.

I measure a week ahead the entire time and 2 weeks at 37 weeks. DS was born at 38+6. My MW did say my placenta was showing signs of being older. So honestly, who knows.

It's more of an art than science with due dates. Unfortunately some have a lot of waiting to do

Based on my LMP originally my due date was May 6th but then after the dating ultrasound they said May 21 and then at my 20 week ultrasound they changed it again to May 25th ... I am still preggers now

EDD was 5/05 but it change for 1/05 with fertility caculations (IVF baby). Baby arrived 10/05 at 41w+3

I have very regular periods/ovulation so I knew my due date before I went to the dr. I thought it was may 8th and they confirmed that it was. After I had my first ultrasound they changed my due date to the 21st. Which means I would have gotten pregnant after I missed my period. I never miss a period.

So now I'm late for the first due date and early for the other one. I guess we will see what happens.

I was on Clomid and temping so I know when I ovulated. It was confirmed with an ultrasound at 6 and 8 weeks. My due date was May 17th and baby came on April 25th. People keep telling me that the doctor miscalculated my due date. No, baby was just early!

I was on Clomid as well so it wasn't much of a guessing game. I was due May 3rd. First ultrasound measured 2 days behind but that didn't mean much and they never moved my due date. I had her on the 4th, so I guess she just decided to split the difference. Lol.

FF tracking said 5/12, lmp said 5/13. U/s agreed with timing. Baby came 5/15. EDDs are just a guess anyway.

My EDD based on LMP was May 9th. My ultrasound dated it May 8th. According to ovulation, EDD was May 6th. LO arrived May 6th.

EDD based on LMP was 5/17. Based on ovulation, it was 5/18. Based on dating u/s it wad 5/16. Baby was born Thursday on 5/15. For DD1, EDD based on ovulation and u/s was 12/6, she was born 12/2.

I did an FET so I know my exact dates. My exact 40-week due date was May 9th. I'm now 8 days past. I'm definitely a believer now that the due dates are just medians and babies come on their own schedule.

I was temping and had short cycles from 24 to 26 days but bleeding in between (due to cervical and ovarian cysts). Normally i was ovulating day 12 or 13 but randomly i ovulated day 9. I calculated my EDD to be May 21 but OB based on a 28 day cycle due date chart and put me at May 28th. We'll see as i still am pregnant

I had the Mirena removed and had one (heavy) period prior to pg. EDD based on LMP was 5/25. EDD based on likely date of conception was 5/23. EDD based on u/s was 5/24 and 5/23. My OB has my official EDD as 5/23. Still pregnant.

DD born on 5/4 (no induction)
She pooped on the way out and had almost no yucky stuff on her so I'm pretty sure she was past term and my calculations were correct. My placenta was also pretty maxed out.
