Early labor sucks

I have been having contractions on and off since 4am this morning. Just when I start feeling better and decide to be productive another one hits. But of course they are not close enough together to time, but when they hit...holy hannah. This whole birthing a baby thing is a total mind f***.

FX this phase does not last for days!!

I've been having random on and off contractions for a week now. Last night they were even 5-8 minutes apart for an hour. But then I went to yoga, and they stopped.... Stupid.

The sudden disappearing act of the contractions is what makes me angry. It is stupid.

@kimbus22, I totally agree. I get days and nights where I get 5-6 good contractions in an hour, then I lay down to relax and try to dose off and when I wake up they go away......It feels they have been going on forever....they started around 34 weeks 3 days and haven't really stopped since.

I get so excited when I have ctx at night and sad when I wake up in the morning with no change-

I am also going through the same thing for the last 4hrs, but every 30-40 mins. Still waiting to see if it will get closer or just stop all together.

I'm dealing with this now, hence why I'm still up. Unfortunately they are all over the place. Some are 3-4 minutes apart others are 10-20 minutes. They are anywhere between 30 seconds to just over a minute. I'm a FTM and have no clue what to do. Stupid contractions....
