I'm having horrible migraines that continue daily and through the night. Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to help with that? Also have any of you ladies heard of or tried the motion sickness bands?
I was getting horrible headaches & some migraines while taking Zofran for my nausea. I don't know if they were directly linked or just another pregnancy symptom. My doctor halved my dose of Zofran and at the same time I started taking a high dose of Magnesium daily, this helped immensely. I'm not sure which one really did the trick, but I read up on Magnesium for headaches/migraines and figured it was worth a try. (Obviously clear the Magnesium with your particular OB first).
I have always suffered daily headaches and breakthrough migraines was on a prescription called gabapentin which is not safe during pregnancy, but recently started taking a drink called Calm. It's a magnesium supplement so you'll need to clear it through your OB/GYN but mine said it was okay. It has many benefits but one of the benefits is preventing headaches which it's so far worked on me!! Also helps with muscle cramps & sleeping at night!!
