We went to the zoo on Saturday and I was digging through my drawers to find a pair of shorts. Found a pair, tried it on and was pleased they fit, then I realized...they were a size 16. I haven't worn a 16 in at least three years. Woot! Hopefully all the crap I ate this weekend won't ruin that, lol!
I'm down a pound after the first week of BBM! I'm in a good routine of working out so this week I'm focusing on drinking more water. Busy week ahead so hopefully I will be able to eat well...

Bikini Body Mommy, she posts a daily workout and just started a new 90 day challenge. The workouts are all 20 minutes long which makes them actually feasible for me to do.

By some miracle I'm down another pound this week even though I'm not working out. I'm trying really hard to log absolutely everything that passes my lips and stay at a decent deficit. Plus, I'm sticking to my water. My estimated burn is 1970 and I eat about 1350, so that's been working, but I'm hungry at night. I need to work out again so I can eat a little more and start getting my body fat % down. I have my follow up from eye surgery on Wed and should be cleared then.
I ran a half marathon Saturday. I am cleaning/recovering from the weekend and prepping for DD's birthday party tomorrow. Food/workouts will wait until the weekend.
DH and I ran our half marathon on Saturday and I realized that I was not nearly as ready for it as I thought I was. My body kills still, but tomorrow I should be ok enough to start working out if I take it easy.
Mother's Day I got three cupcakes and cookies from MIL. I ate them all, but I shared some with DH and DD so that counts for something right?

DD and I had a horrible stomach bug last week so no exercising but I barely ate. Lost three pounds so I'm looking at it as a good jump start?? Anyways, back at it this week. I did Jillian michaels 30 day shred yesterday and logged all my food.
I lost most of the weight I had gained back last week, so I'm down a pound officially. I binged some yesterday. Still trying to get the emotional eating under control... Story of my life!

I'm up two pounds, but dh was oot last week and I always overeat when he's gone. Damn emotional eating!
But I'm doing great with actually logging my food into mfp. And I synced it with my fitbit which is so much more helpful.
I'm still bfing, but not sure if I should be adding extra calories for that anymore.
