I'm really pissed - I was on a roll today, my goal in life this week is to get better at gifs. Not to work out, not to eat healthy, not to remember my prenatals....to be better at gifs. I'm doing something wrong but I will figure this out!

Usually it works well for me to just copy and paste? I love gifs but I'm always on my phone and I'm not sure how to do gifs from mobile.

Ummm listen ladies, this is my very first post on here and if you didn't like my post then don't bother posting, its a free country. I'm like a new mom again and am going through things that apparently your character wouldn't understand if you are going to attack a woman for wanting to bond with someone YES in her area, and Yes in the same due date area, and wow, why would I exclude everyone?

The people who responded kindly, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I never thought this would create such controversy, and those of you who don't like it, well don't spend your day writing about it. Why would you? What is it about my asking about NYC mama's upset you so much? I think it says much more about you (and I don't know what because I don't know you! and I was taught not to judge you!) but if you're really that upset about this,

says more about you than it does me.

With that being said, I was looking for women in my area around the same time to be able to socialize with post baby as well......

I'm a second time mom after 20 years, go figure! So any serious posts, let m know!

Yaaay! Where abouts? I'm in brooklyn and 13 weeks now. i've had several issues, but finally this week things are getting better! I went to Prenatal Yoga today and felt ike a million bucks.

Thank you for your message, however, if I had not wanted to interact with all of you I wouldn't have joined the board. Secondly, if it is a public forum for mother's due in November, I don't understand all of controversy. If you are the moderator and reprimanding the post because I violated a rule, great, let me known however, I didn't receive an email, or a message from a moderator telling me it was unethical to post such a thing.

I don't appreciate being chastised for something well within the rights of this very public community. You know nothing about me, nor my journey, nor how I came to be a mother, and its sad that this has taken such a negative tone and not the celebratory one I was hoping for since I was told I must must join the bump.

If you don't want to interact with me, please refrain and I'll do the same, however, I feel that with this board that belongs to all of us publicly, you should refrain from telling me what to post.

Thank you I actually felt bullied and for the life of me I can't figure out what I did wrong I even re read the intro post at the beginning w rules and such. Maybe people think I'm soliciting them?

Anyways, thanks for being nice. I don't understand the meanness, we are all in the same boat.

No one is being mean. We've gotten quite a few of these posts and frankly, they are annoying for all the reasons stated in previous posts. This is a board to connect with all sorts of women, not just ones that meet a specific profile or are due on a certain date.

Hang out here for a bit and you'll see that those of us who live outside of NYC and who are due on the 29 other days of November actually are pretty cool.

No one was trying to be mean. If you lurked on the board for about 5 minutes you would see that we have had many people post threads like this that then never came back. It has become a littl ebit of a running joke with all November mamas since it has happened so often.

That being said glad you came back and posted again! I hope that you will jump into other threads and get to know all of us, not just the NYC mamas.

PS: NYC probably has a board as well if you really want to connect with those in your area.

PSS: If you hit quote instead of reply, you will quote the person you are trying to reply to. That way we can see who you are replying too.

No one is upset at all. It has actually become an inside joke on the board because we've had a rash of people posting asking for due date buddies and then never showing up again.

ETA: People can post and respond to posts however they want without violating TOU. Sometimes you may not like what people post. It's part of posting here.

Yeah I thought the whole thing was very weird. Plus, her tone there was also kind of passive aggressive. Seems like she wants attention? Hi, OP, we all know you now!
