Screaming fits

So my son is one month old tomorrow and for the last week he has been having screaming fits for about 20 minutes or less everyday. Have no idea why. He's been fed and changed. It's random when it happens during the day or night. All I can do is rock him to try to calm him down but overall he just has to cry himself out.

Anyone else having this issue? Any other ideas on soothing him?

    Does he have reflux ? My son did the same exact this and I dident think anything of it but it was the silent reflux so he was refluxing and nothing would come up but he was crying randomly In pain from it

    I think he does have reflux. Is there really a way to help that?

    I will also search other posts.
