  I should probably feel bad that I'm not sspending time with DH on mother's day. My dad is taking me and my kids out for lunch. My son wrote me a song as my present so we picked a restaurant that has a grand piano in the lounge so he can play for me. Then we'll go for a walk or something downtown.

  Our plans are weather dependent, but we are planning to go to Greenfield Village (which is a cool history attraction that is outdoors) and our to dinner. We have been so busy the las few weekends doing things that were separate (baby showers, diaper parties, coaching commitments, etc) that I al really just looking forward to quality time as a family.

  I too am not expecting anything......he keeps saying "Eva hasn't told me what she wants to get you for Mothers Day yet". This was last night too. I will probably get a card, but not much else. I don't want flowers, but that is what I'll probably get. He's not too creative at presents. He gets his family Amazon vouchers for every occasion. Not sure what I'd like. On the other hand, I'm already planning his Father's Day present.
