DD naps and cluster feeds from about 9pm-11pm. Sleeps from 11pm-4am, eats and falls asleep, I change her diaper and offer the other side and she nurses until she falls asleep again. Wakes at 8:30ish, eats, falls asleep. Wakes around 11am to eat and play and be a happy morning baby.
Some nights she skips the 4am feeding... That's bliss! But she wakes about 6:30 to eat, in that case... Then still wakes around 9 and 11am.
Unswaddled, Lydia was sleeping 4-5 hours for her long stretch, then 3-4 after that. I just started putting her in the Summer velcro swaddle (she's 7.5 weeks old) and she jumped to an 8 hour stretch 9pm-5:30am and then another 4 hour stretch after that!
I did that with all my kids, waited to really start swaddling and they all started sleeping in really long stretches once we made the switch.
ETA: We EBF as well. She doesn't cluster feed like DD and DS did as babies, but she'll nurse a couple of times before falling asleep around 9:00. The other two would nurse for like two hours straight!
@BrideNamedMeg when do you put her in the swaddle sack? Before nursing? Is it arms-out? What type of fabric is it?
I tried a Velcro swaddle sack before, but the Velcro would wake her if I put it on as she was nodding off. She'd get mad if I put it on too early. It's already in the upper 80s where we live and I find most swaddle sacks are too warm, even with air conditioning on. She likes to be swaddled arms-out, so I think it would help her sleep longer in the pnp. Hmm...
@sassyflats I put her in it after she's already sleeping. If she wakes up I just bounce her for a minute and maybe give her a pacifier and she nods off right away.
It's the arms-in variety, though you could leave the arms out if you wanted, keeping the arms in is what keeps them sleeping longer I think. The one I'm using now is a jersey knit so it's not too warm. When it gets warmer but before we start running the AC I'll probably keep her in a onesie under it, for now she can still wear a sleeper under it without getting too warm.
Little man is 6 weeks. Every night is different. He usually gets up every 4 hrs, but sometimes can be a 5hr stretch then 3 hrs, or 6hrs then 2-3, last night was a solid 8. He definitely sleeps better in bed with me or in his bassinet(which is now too small and we can't use it). He does ok in the rock n play too....crib not so much.

Abby is 6.5 weeks and is formula fed (I heard FF babies generally sleep longer somewhere...). She has been sleeping approx 5-6 hours at night this week (except last night...but DH and I went out for a movie and left her home with MIL, so her normal bedtime routine wasn't followed...she woke up at 2:30am and refused to go to sleep until about 4am! I am TIRED today.) Anyway, for her naps, it really varies. She sleeps anywhere from 1.5hrs to 4hrs for those.
LO goes down (awake; she usually falls asleep within 15 minutes) at nine, and we give her a dream feed when we go to bed around 11:30. Sometimes she wakes up, and we just put her back down drowsy or awake when she's done eating; she goes right back to sleep. At that point, she sleeps until five or six, eats again, then back down until about 8:30. The night time routine is wonderful, it's the fact that I can't get her to take a daytime nap (unless she's sleeping ON me), that is really hard!
Also, LO is almost 7 weeks and is mostly formula fed.
At ~9 weeks we stopped waking him to feed during the night (we thought we still had to!), and he's been sleeping about 7-8 hours straight in his crib, followed by a feeding and another 3-4 hours of sleep. Still needs to be swaddled though, and he won't nap much during the day!
Unplanned pregnancy July 2005; EDD 3/27/06; birthdaughter born 3/15/06 (38w2d) (placed for adoption).
TTC since December 2012, BFP 6/25/13. EDD 3/2/14. Baby Elias born 2/21/14 (38w5d)!
My DS woke up every 2-3 hours for months... ( Little Miss is much better, she generally sleeps about 5 hours, wakes to nurse, then another 4 or 5 hours, which is about 6 or 7am. After that she usually falls asleep again but it's not a very sound sleep and it doesn't tend to last long. It kinda varies every night though. Could be every 3 hours.
