What wonderful news! I have such love in my heart for tough little David that I can't believe I don't know him in person. You are one amazing mama Ziggy. I'm so proud of how you have handled the past few months.
So happy for you all! Do you know when the cast can come off (I know you said about a month)...but just wondering if he has to meet any goals before it can come off..
@ivedonethisb4 they told us to make an appointment with the urologist for 4 weeks from surgery- then he will check things and at that time we will make an appointment with the orthopedic docs to get the cast off. He will have to have a camera thing stuck up his peen and looking at his bladder at that point to double check it.
When he gets the cast off and gets the all clear from the surgeon, we can start using our cloth diapers and he can wear pants! :-bd
