Provera Question

Hey Everyone,
I did not ovulate last month (day 21 progesterone 0.46). My doctor says I probably won't get a period on my own, so I should take Provera to induce the period. Should I start the pills on the first day of my missed period? I asked my doctor, and he said "Before or after day 28." What the hell does that mean? Is it before or after??

    That cycle was not Femara. My doctor wanted to see if I would O naturally with the weight loss. Fail. I will start the Femara during this next cycle.

    I agree with naria. I'd wait to cd60. I can't see your siggy but I'm assuming you have PCOS. I don't have PCOS and I ovulate regularly and some cycles if my dr did a progesterone test on cd21 it would show I didn't ovulate either but I've never had an anovulatory cycle just a few months that I ovulated a little later.

    Thanks for the advice. I am seeing an OB. It may be time to visit an RE.
