Ladies- thank you so much for the generous gifts. The plant is beautiful and the chocolate covered strawberries amazing. You should have seen my DSs face when he saw the strawberries, it was pure amazement (similar to A Christmas Story scene with the lamp). They are delicious.
You will never understand how much this brightened my day. This past week has been so hard. I was going to have a repeat c/s, so I should be holding my son by now. My heart aches for him. 
Tomorrow I have my second u/s for this pg, I'm not expecting good news. Last week I measured a week behind without a heartbeat and limited/no symptoms. I really am expecting the worse tomorrow, so please send good thoughts out into the world for me. Talk about horrible timing right?!
Again your support has been amazing. You have really lifted my spirits through the darkest time of my life.
I hope that all of you have uneventful labors... giving you happy/healthy beautiful babies!!!

Update: I'm still pregnant. There is a heartbeat, very low at 70/80. I measured 5w6d (by LMP I should be 7w3d). The baby grew the appropriate amount in the last 6 days, but obviously is still behind. They are having me come back on Friday May 16 for another u/s. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts.
