Has anyone here had a child with dwarfism? and if so what signs were on your ultrasound?

My doctors are speculating that my little boy may have some form of it, but they can't say for sure till he's born. I'm 30 weeks measuring 43 weeks due to polyhydramnios, his arms and legs are measuring about 3 weeks behind, one of his kidneys isn't draining well, and he has a few heart defects.

Just curious what markers other parents may have seen
