anyone else have a UTI

so I'm told to go get a stress test because my pelvis and legs felt wicked weird and I could barely move it killed every time I took a step. so I get to hospital and they say I have a UTI which I never would have guessed in a million years . i got some antibiotics that the nurse says will give
me major contractions! yeaaah I am getting them nonstop and I'm almost 38 weeks so how the heck am I supposed to tell the dif between real labor and the side effects of these meds! so stinkin annoying . sorry just a rant !

    I went into the hospital last week (for high BP). Ended up staying because I was having wicked contractions and had a UTI. I was put on antibiotics too. Thankfully they end tomorrow. But I haven't had contractions from them. Sorry I'm not much help I guess! I had no clue I had a UTI either.

    it's so silly like it doesn't hurt to tinkle or anything I had no signs of it so I guess I'm glad I called dr just annoyed by all the contractions it's such a tease lol I also had high bp but dr thinks it's just because I was nervous ( which I was)

    I had a UTI also and had no idea. We all know how painful they are (not pregnant) so I was shocked. I took my antibiotics and did have some contractions but they stopped when I walked around. My OB told me when they are less than 5 minutes and not stopping when I change activities that's when I'll know. I hope that helps!

    I hope it gets better too! i am however enjoying all the cranberry juice lol I'll prolly gain an extra ten lb from all the sugar but whatever it's delicious

    I've been on the verge of one for a few weeks (they keep finding a few white blood cells in my urine, but not enough to treat). It's crazy because normally when I get one, it's excruciating almost immediately! My doctor said pg UTIs are totally different for some reason.
