  My kid sucks her thumb and IDGAF right now! I am sick and tired of people telling me that she will need braces. Some kids end up needing braces and never suck their thumb.

  After the grandparent discussion yesterday, DH and I were talking last night, and I came to the realization that I really don't want my mom any more involved in my boys' lives than she is right now.  It's a long story, but she's turned into a negative nelly about everything - especially her grandkids.  She's said hurtful things to me about my sister's kids (about how if any of her kids was one was going to be a drug addict, this one would be the one, along with other crazy crap), and I don't want her being negative about my boys to anyone.  I'd rather her be telling people how much she misses them and how awful I am, than making up stupid crap to say about my boys.

  Half of the snapchats I send are when I'm on the potty and the receivers (my brother and my sis n law) have no idea.
  
  I secretly like it when Cooper cries when I drop her off at school. I mean it breaks my heart but I'm also like "do y'all hear this? My child loves me"
  
  I often dream of throwing things at a lady in my office. Some days all I can see is the top of her head and it just looks like a hairy ball sack because she doesn't have much hair and it's wirey. She's an old biotch.

  I have a lot of respect for women who run with jogging strollers. It is tough dragging my ass up a hill while pushing a stroller with LO and most of the times I cannot do it.

  It gets easier, I promise! The first few weeks I found it hard to run with Tumaini, and once I got used to it, I could run 15K with her napping the stroller. Now I'm pregnant and can barely walk up a hill with the stroller... I wish pregnancy didn't crush my lungs.
  
  My FC: Last Sunday, my H and I made love like we never have in seven years. It was HOT and sexy and amazing. Not that our usual sex isn't, but I just felt really good in my body, and adventurous and passionate. I was in awe afterwards, and thought this was what everyone was talking about when they talked about pregnancy sex. I was so excited I was going to experience it with my second pregnancy, after having no libido whatsoever with Tumaini. Well, I think it was a one time thing. I haven't felt the slightest tiniest urge since, and the thought of sex terrifies me with how my whole down-there area has been.

  I do not wear thongs. I cannot stand the whole string in my butt crack. When there is a situation that I do not want bulges or panty lines I wear spanks or nothing at all.

  We took our first family trip just the 3 of us this week. I really really enjoyed emery sleeping in the pnp next to me. It was so nice getting to look over and peek on her the whole night. I wish I could go back in time and room share. Or hell I wish I could ban DH from the room and just share a room with em. She's cute and doesn't fart a million times and doesn't snore. I don't know what is wrong with my hormones but they are making me love her so much and MH annoy the crap out of me. I feel like I'm just so annoyed by him every damn day and I'm over it.

  This was me. Thankfully I never had to get loans because it wasn't an overly pricey school, but I did have to contribute and I worked part time all the way through college. I don't regret it and my parents did the best they could.
  

  I am in the same boat regarding not having loans. I will say that it took off a lot of stress because I did not have to worry about it, but I definitely worked hard in school and did my best. I also worked part time in college. just for the sake of getting the work experience. The last thing I wanted to do was be out of college with no experience in anything and have to move back in with my parents for a long period of time.   Sometimes I have to ask our babysitter to translate for me cause I have no idea what Ava is saying. I feel bad that this is my kid yet I need someone else to tell me what she's trying to say.

  I only wear thongs. I find them very comfortable and actually prefer them to regular underwear. I think brand plays a part too though, some brands/styles are much more comfy.
  
  I wore thongs all the way through my pregnancy too and only wore regular panties near the end and for the week after she was born cause I had to wear pads.

  I got some from Victoria's Secret that are super comfy, they're my favorites! I tend to stay away from the ones that have the super thin "thong" part, you know the ones where it's basically a thin piece of elastic. But the best ones I find are slightly wider in the back.
  
  I also got some at JC Penney that are nice, I think they are cosmopolitan brand.
  
  Oh and for those in Canada, Superstore sells great ones, I think they only come in all black or all white. There's a small band of lace around the top, the rest are cotton. So comfy!! I stock up every time I go back to Canada! I think they are Joe Fresh brand.

  Based on when I met you and Lillian, I would say you are a fabulous parent. She is so well mannered and so social, not to mention so cute. Eating pizza, nuggets and cookies this week is not going to ruin her appetite and there is nothing wrong with her having a treat now and then. You are right, it is liberating.   We gated the kid upstairs this morning and locked them out of the bathroom so we could do it like bunnies in there while they played in their rooms.  It was ultra hot.  And the second time for the day...

  1. my class is cancelled tomorrow, but i'm still going to drive allllllllllllll the way in so i can do homework and study in peace.  not even telling MH its cancelled.
  
  2. i made it to DC this morning and realized as i dropped LO off, i forgot his lunch.  i was so frazzled i started crying lol. wth! DC was like....we got it, its really OK!
  
  3. we BBQd with some friends tonight, and these 2 friends are ridiculously gorgeous and any time we go see them i get irrationally irritated when i get ready because i feel like i don't fit in.  thats pretty shitty. jealousy is not pretty.
