Bike Carriers

Tell me about your bike seat for your kiddo.  I'd like to get one for J for the summer and I like the idea of the WeeRide Kangaroo carrier but the reviews said it's a little hard to get used to riding with them in the front... and then there's the iBert Safe T-Seat but I can't for the life of me figure out how it works from the pictures on Amazon.  Anyway, BTDT moms what do you use?!?!

    We've got the Schwinn deluxe carrier (standard rear bike carrier), and it works great for us.  I looked into the iBert one as well because I, too, think it would be cool to have DD in front of me where I can interact with her and see her, but we live on a gravel road, and I was too concerned about the potential for rocks/gravel to get kicked up when cars go past.  Her helmet can only protect the top and back of her head.

    For those who have bike seats - I'm curious how they compare to the trailers? We're looking into trailers but it seems the seat would be easier.

    We got a trailer- we really like, I think they are considered a little safer than the seats.
