@KM380 – Way to go getting some workouts in. Hopefully the weather is good where you are and you can run. I did a walk/run yesterday (I joggle more than run) and it was beautiful out. Have you noticed progesterone affecting your weight? I don’t’ think I’ve noticed that yet but will have to be on the look out. And yeah, I have been walking up to the 8th floor twice a day and have been aiming not to take the elevator at all… It’s really rough (especially in heels) so I bring slip on tennis shoes when I’m going to do all 8. It’s weird because no matter how often I do it, it never seems to get easier which bugs me.
@morethansparrows08 – I’m sorry you didn’t get to run, but that means that your business is doing well which is a good thing. Way to go on eating better. You know I’m a complete fan of the fitbit and ADORE mine so I’m not the one to ask… but I’ll help you justify it if you want J
@jlworden710 – I too want the tory burch cover – it’s going to be so awesome J Which Fitbit do you have? When I used the Flex I never had to take it off because it was water proof even in the shower and that was awesome. The Force that I wear now isn’t water proof, but *knock on wood* I haven’t forgotten it yet! I’m so impressed that you are already back at exercising – I thought you might have to take more time off after the surgery. Way to go on the weight loss. I’m anxious to hear how next week goes for you!
@megrae12 – yeah – you all had some terrible weather this week. You’ve had a week for sure in the emotions area and I think sometimes just getting through is a huge accomplishment. I know you’ll feel better when you can work out. Much love.
@jlworden710 Glad to hear you are committed to the gym next week. I am expecting to hear good things at this time next week.
@MoreThanSparrows08 Hope you have more time next week for yourself. At least you were working at your photography rather than just having a lack of motivation. Any chance there is extra money from all this photography work to fund your fitbit?
@KM380 I agree with you that you should step away from the scale while on Progesterone. Try to concentrate on eating healthy and getting exercise and give yourself a break with the numbers.
@MrsG80inTN So sorry about your Kitty. I really think that you are going to make it to your 150 goal!
AFM My weight is back up to where I am starting to be comfortable with it after some renewed determination to put back on a few lbs last week. I think that I will be happy with 2 more over the next couple weeks. I had 8 cubic yards of mulch delivered to my house yesterday afternoon so my workout today will be weeding and then spreading the mulch (we finally have a beautiful day here in New England). DH purchase a wheelbarrow for me yesterday.
(((hugs))) to those who need them this weekend!

My week has flown by, but I'm pretty proud of myself when it comes to my floor exercizes! I only missed one day of the week (due to smexings).
I am considering taking part in the Couch to 5k program now that its light in the evenings. I hear they have an app and everything. We'll see!
Yay completed my 3 workouts for the week! I just got back from a run and saw this in the gym, thought I'd share "Excuses don't burn calories. If there is time for FB there is time for a run. Its not about having the time. Its about making the time" I'll have to try to remember this next time I'm making excuses.
@MrsG80inTN the big issue with the progesterone is the bloating and extra hunger. So I try to snack healthy but I know I'm eating more than I typically would. So avoiding the scale is the new plan.
@ Grailseeker good luck with the dissertation!
