For all the great loss that has been experienced here. This candle is lit with prayers for you. All the babies taken to heaven knew the unfathomable love of their mothers even though they were taken too soon. For all of your loss, for my mothers, my aunts and my own. I pray we know our babies knew our love even if we never got to hold them.
I hope all of these flames warm your spirit and light your path to peace.

I'm not sure if she still checks in here, but I still think of Ashley so often and hope that she and her family are doing well. Now that my son is here and I know this intense love, it makes her loss feel even bigger and more tragic than it already did. She was so gracious and brave when she visited us here afterwards. I admire her grace.
I also think of Stormy's sweet little one and her family. I wonder how they are getting along and hope they have all the support they need to care for him.
To all the May mamas, whether you're holding your little one right now or not, I wish you the best.
