I went back to work a month ago and I am struggling with pumping enough for my daughter. I work retail so besides in the morning I pump at different times every day.
My daughter is 11 weeks and sleeps through the night. Goes down between 10-11pm and wakes up between 6am-7am. I get up at 4am and pump 30 mins and get 4-5 oz combined. I then pump 3 times at work every 3 hours. I pump twice for 15 minutes and on my lunch break 30 minutes. Normal on the 15 minute pumps I am getting 2 to 2 1/2 oz combined and on the 30 min I am getting 3 to 4 oz combined. My daughter is drinking between 12-16 oz during the 9 hours I am gone so I am normally coming up one bottle short. Since my freezer stash is almost gone I have been waking up at 1am the last week to pump. I hoping to build supply during my other supply so I don't have to get up at 1am to pump and can get a little more sleep. Any advice or suggestions would help
