I banned somebody for spamming this morning. And I did it really, really, really fast because this spammer bumped a thread by SG from August 2013 and I thought everybody might lose their minds if they saw it.

I also like you gif don't like Spam. I ate it once and I gagged. I find it nasty. My grandmother loves it and fries it up and then makes sandwiches out of it.

My random for today, I am doing laundry and dishes but in between time I am catching up on the last 4 episodes of The Following I have missed. After I am caught up on this I 100% plan on catching up on Resurrection. So I am telling my DH I am doing housework but I am only 1/2 telling the truth. The baby is passed out for a nap and I am about to enjoy an ice cream cone

LO has only rolled back to tummy once and tummy to back once. I'm getting concerned. She's great at tummy time and we are practicing sitting up. But no rolling

I've never actually had it. My DH likes to make fun of the list of things I've never actually had, which includes: most cereals, bologna, Spam, Twinkies. I didn't have white bread until I was 18. I tried Lucky Charms when I was away at college. Flame Free Thursday Confession: I had it as a snack after dinner and the sugar made it hard for me to sleep that night because apparently I have the metabolism of a five year old...?

My company is having a "(Insert drug name here) celebration day!" tomorrow to celebrate a recent drug approval, which is great! There's going to be photo booths, motivators, rock climbing wall, human foosball, carnival games, speed pitch, golf driving ranges, golf chipping challenges, double shot basketball, bungee lanes, and an inflatable wrecking ball. Food theme is a "day at the ballpark" since we are renting out a ball park for the event.

Which element is getting me the most excited? The fact that there's a funnel cake stand.

I scheduled an IEP for DS so he can receive speech in the fall. I'm glad he is going to finally have some help. I had a root canal this morning and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. They had donuts in the waiting room! Seriously? Donuts at the dentists office. Haha I laughed. I totally bought a frap from Starbucks afterwards to make me feel better.

I haven't used my Ameda electric since DD was 10 weeks old. That sh*t's for the birds.

I'm watching my seven year old niece and twin four year old niece and nephew along with my DD today from 3pm until tomorrow morning after I drop them off at school. Staying at my sisters house tonight because my place is way too small; it should be a fun/interesting night! My sister and BIL unfortunately went to a wake/funeral and I offered to watch their kiddos...I guess this is a test since I want 4 kids. I will probably need a few cups of coffee tomorrow!

I know this has been asked a gajillion times before, but what is so great about the manual pump? Doesn't your hand get tired?

I've been having a hard time dragging my butt out of bed to pump so if it's that good maybe I need a manual to help!

Finn had his 4-month appointment today. Everything is okay, except he had a sacral dimple. (A little hole above his bum.) I guess it's a possible sign of spins bifida or other spinal problems. He doesn't have the bad signs (tufts if hair or skin discolorations), that typically are found with problems, so he's likely fine. However, the pedi is sending him to get an ultrasound just to make sure his spinal cord is okay.

It's so weird because he's super strong, rolling, pushing up, etc. Spinal issues really weren't on my radar, but now I'm stressed. I want my little guy to be okay...

I started crossfit on Tuesday and I'm pretty sure I'm going to die from the soreness. I'm still going back tonight. I'm oddly excited to learn how to lift. If you don't see me around these parts ever again, it's because I'm laid out by the crossfit gym unable to move.

Thanks everyone. The pedi being concerned enough to send us for an ultrasound just took me by surprise. She is a little "test happy," so I'm hoping it really is just nothing.

The sweetest thing just happened. My DH just had flowers delivered for me and for my Mom. I was texting with DH about how depressed I'm feeling today and how my Mom is also really upset--I think everything is hitting her today, since she's been pretty numb up until now. Isn't that super sweet that he had flowers delivered for each of us? Total Husband of the Year material there.

I got very little with my electric after awhile -- it's an Ameda, and it just lost its suction after like two months. Terrible. My manual gets the same amount as I was originally getting but in less time.

ETA: No, my hand doesn't get sore.

FX to you and Finn.

Hopefully it is nothing and the doctor is just being overly cautious. Our LO was being monitored for some hip issues after birth and even though we had talked through all the scenerios and none were too serious, it was still stressful until LO had an ultrasound and finally given the all clear. So I understand your worry and hopefully they can schedule his ultrasound for sooner rather than later.

Hey there, as the Dec momma with a child with Spina Bifida I can share what I know about SB. First off chances are your baby is fine. If you child does have an issue it would have been discovered earlier. Mine was discovered at 20 week a/s.

Tomorrow is my birthday. I will be 40. yikes! I still get ID for alcohol all the time so I don't think I look old but I'm a little freaked out. I know many of you are in your 20s. #feelingold

I haven't used my electric on about a week. It was such a hassle at work since I need to use coconut oil and a heating pad...there's no less time I'm pumping but SO much less of a hassle. Then at home, it's so loud and DH and I watch our shows together and it's just annoying. All hail the manual.

ETA: it's my birthday month too!!!

Thanks so much for reaching out. I knew there was a child on here with spina bifida and I thought it was your baby, but I wasn't positive. I'm really hoping the dimple is nothing, since it doesn't seem to be too deep and there is no hair, skin discoloration, or skin tags. We go for the ultrasound next Friday.

I live in the country, and we occasionally get field mice in our garage. We have traps set in every corner. This morning when I opened the door from the house to the garage there was a mouse trap in the middle of the garage. It was right by my car door. There was a mouse in it and it was still alive (I think the trap only got its leg). It made my heart skip a few beats. I hate mice. Good thing my husband was still home and took care if it. If he wasn't home I might not have went to work, or I might have went in the passenger side door of my car. Maybe I would have put my big girl panties on and got a shovel and threw the mouse and trap in the yard.

Happy birthday all!!

I'm a PW today, I apologize, but having a minor heart attack right now. I just got roped into performing in "Company X's Got Talent!" tomorrow. My Exec Director walked by my office and said "VP'S OFFICE. NOW." sternly, so I followed him. DAMN ME!!!!!

I was handed a tambourine and am now a back-up singer for "Ho Hey". We just had three dry runs in the VP's office and I will admit I am NOT looking forward to getting up in front of 3,000 colleagues tomorrow. Everyone else will have had wine and beer to help with nerves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
