    Just came off today (day 4) while he was nursing. His older brother's fell off at day 4 or 5 as well.

    Penny lost hers early. Like day 4? Maybe 5. Still just doing sponge baths to make sure it's nice and healed. (She's a week old today)

    Two weeks today and still attached. His doctor said at our appt yesterday that if it doesn't come off by week three, he will take it off.

    The main chunk fell off at about 12 days but now 3 weeks out there's still some attached pieces in there. The dr tried to flake them out and got some but couldn't get it all. He said not to worry about it.

    With DS it came off fully around 2 weeks.

    it was hanging by a string today at 5 days old so i snipped it with some super sharp hair scissors while he slept today. It was THICK too!

    Emma had an appt yesterday and there was still some cord left that never dried up, so they cauterized it and it should fall off by next week, or they have to cauterize it again.

    DS's fell off at 6 days old. DD not for like a good 2 or 3 weeks.  My friend who is a nurse suggested rubbing a q-tip dipped in hydrogen peroxide around it and it fell of the next day.

    Day 18 so far now. We've had to have it cauterized twice because it's bloody and oozing. Wish it would hurry up. Little man could really use a bath.

    A couple weeks, I don't remember exactly. The nicu nurses actually told us that it could stay on for as long as a month

    Today, so day three. My daughters came off really early, too, but I don't think this early. Everything looks pretty healed up, though! Thank goodness because it STANK.

    It was hanging on by a small piece last night, and oozing everywhere so I clipped the tiny piece. So I guess 13 days. Way different than DD1 whose was on for like a month...

    Day 12 over here. Which worked out well as he had his "two week appointment" the very next day. It didn't leave behind anything and looks like a normal outie (though it is starting to sink into an innie) so he got his first tub bath last night at 15 days old. :)
