Dizzy Spells, Falling Over & Now Bleeding UPDATED

TMI Alert also, possible triggers.

Today while at meeting I walked outside, became dizzy and fell over. Now I am bleeding.

It's just a little blood two or three drops every time I wipe, but it's there and bright red. The OB is having me come at 1:30. I'm trying to tell myself that it's ok it's just a little and its probably normal. However, my heart pounding is not listening and I am freaking out a little. Any good vibes, thoughts and prayers and happy juju would be much appreciated!

******update****** Y'all overwhelm me. Thank you so much. After lots of tests the OB thinks its a series of unrelated events. She said my cervix is softening and that a popped blood vessel caused the bleeding. There was no active bleeding that she found. My BP was sky high when I got there and I have protein in my urine so they are sending blood to test for preeclampsia. For now I'm to take it easy, but the baby and I are just fine! Thank y'all again from the bottom of my heart!
