  I would think if you triggered this morning I would think you would ovulate Friday night so Saturday would be 1dpo. I always just assume I ovulate 36hrs after trigger. My RE tells me when to test and stop the progesterone which is always 15 days from the trigger if I take the trigger in the morning.

  I was told O happened 24 to 36 hours after trigger? so I think if you triggered on a Friday morn you prob O'd Saturday morn into Saturday night, making Sunday 1 dpo and today, Wednesday 4 dpo. 
  

  
  

  Similarly, I triggered on Sunday night at 9:30 PM, went in for IUI Monday at 9:30 AM (12 hours) then again for another on Tuesday at 9:30 AM (36 hours).  On Tuesday morn I asked the nurse if I had ovulated already and she said "yes you definitely ovulated, the shot is a no fail." I said "so like when did it happen?" and she said "sometime over the night and into today... that's why we book-ended the IUI's"...so basically I am counting Tuesday as 1 dpo. Hope this helps!   May 2014 ---IUI#2 Clomid 100 3-7 Follistim 150 8-13, 3 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 6/6 547, BFN

  June 2014--IUI#3 Follistim 150/225 3-15, 3-5 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 7/11 1450, BFN

  July 2014--IUI#4 Follistim 225 2-12, 3 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 8/12 841, BFN

  Breaking till after Christmas, then IVF...taking 4000 mgs daily Inositol and Melatonin 3mg

  Ok thanks! Yeah I've read anywhere between 24-48 hours. Our IUIs have always been 36 hours after trigger. I just never knew if that was at the beginning of ovulation or the end, which is what I'm thinking.

  IUI #3.1 May - CD3 U/S 5-6, Follistim start 5-11 thru 5-17, u/s 5-18 3 mature w/ a close 4th, IUI 5-20 - BFP!
               Beta #1 12dpo - 164 & progesterone - 89!, Beta #2 16 dpo - 1189, 5w3d - u/s shows TWINS!
               6/19- u/s showed heartbeats! Baby A 111 & Baby B 118, both measuring 6w1d
               7/3- Baby A hb 170, Baby B hb 166 - both measuring perfect.
