Here is our nursery completely finished!! The walls are a light grey with light blue undertone but with the filter I used on the last two they look pretty white. The large map is a place holder for newborn photos once he gets here!

@QOTR‌ my husband would love the ceiling fan!!! We had a multi colored ceiling fan in the nursery before we stripped the room to the studs, and I had to convince him that we weren't keeping it.

Thanks ladies! I don't consider myself very crafty, so it was a fun challenge pulling things together. @rachelca29 - the rocking dino was a total splurge from my MIL. overstock.com
@jsaffer01 - we just removed the blades of our existing fan and primed and painted them. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but I like it!

Our pirate themed nursery for Mason. The only thing missing in the pics is the shell mobile that we picked up recently, and the pirate chest toy box (pictured) that my dad made and is shipping out at the end of the week full of swag for our little guy.

I did the block letters myself using scrapbooking paper and modge podge. And the blue shelves were storage boxes from Marshall's that I picked up for $10 a piece and had DH mount to the wall.

Edit: my sister in law is an artist and painted the canvas with his name and the guitar canvas. My husband is a musician so we have some music items in nursery.

Yay I finally get to post here! I'd say we're about 98% done. Just need some basic things on the shelves and we might change out the knobs on the dresser to something more fun. (And, ya know, a baby to put in that crib!)

The blanket on the rocker was made by my mom and I DIY'd the cloud shelf, letter A, and the cloud/raindrop garland. Pretty happy with how it all turned out :-)

Finally finished, well done enough. We still need to put a shelf over the chair and frame the maps. The mobile was my one and only craft project, I'm not a very crafty person.
