what'd you eat today

just wondering, because my diet has been crap and i feel guilty about it. 

breakfast -- smoothie 

lunch -- leftover pizza

dinner -- to be decided whether i want to walk to whole foods for a salad. but man that salad bar is so hit or miss. if they don't have the bacon broccoli crunch i might cry and throw the box on the floor.

    Whatever I can stomach. I had a bowl of cereal from breakfast and some chicken and mashed potatoes for lunch. I am going to try to eat something for supper, but at this rate I think it's going to be good if I get a protein shake in.

    Today has been a horrible eating day for me. I had banana and oatmeal for breakfast. Then cranapple juice and a granola bar for mid morning snack. Then all of that came back up.
    For lunch had ramen noodles.
    Snacked on a banana and a granola bar.
    Had fried mushrooms and a chicken tender from zaxby for dinner.
    Now trying to choke down a protein bar. Dang they are NASTY!

    Today has been a good day for me actually. With all the awful M/S I've had, I've been carbing out 'cause that's really all I could stomach. Anyone for bagels for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Me! But thanks to Zofran, I feel near human again. Today at least I got variety >>>

    Breakfast: honey bunches of oats, cantaloupe and watermelon, and a couple handfuls of mini Oreos, 'cause i wanted sweets really bad.

    Lunch: a slice of broccoli cheese quiche (which was actually not that good), a salad and a small piece of lemon cheesecake (again with them sweet wanting)

    Dinner: Will be going out for Chinese food with the whole famdamnly. I am so looking forward to almond chicken chow mien and crab rangoons with sweet and sour sauce, that it's not even funny.

    I feel like I'm eating constantly. It's the only thing that helps with nausea bc Zofran didn't help..
    In order, more or less,
    Banana while still in bed
    3 crescent rolls
    Toasted ham egg & cheese sandwich
    Nature valley protein bar
    Another banana
    Pita chips with hummus
    Some cantaloupe
    Toasted turkey & cheese sammy
    Pear
    Cottage cheese & piece of bread
    Some strawberries
    More pita & hummus
    Some 'pierogies'
    Greek yogurt
    TCBY with hot fudge & caramel
    More cottage chesse & bread
    More pita & hummus
    More strawberries

    Yeah did i mention I have to eat ALL THE TIME to survive?... At this rate i'm going to gain a million lbs by the ends....

    Lunch- cheese fries (we were we DS's Tball game and I treated myself because they are my favorite and I never get them

    Dinner - pot roast & mashed potatoes - now I'm feeling really such though :(

    Today I've felt oddly normal - I still have a bit of nausea when I don't eat but most food is somewhat tolerable

    Lunch: Crawfish and crabs (my favorite that I've been craving and finally got, but then puked up SADFACE) 

    Snack: 3 pickles and chips and salsa 

    Dinner: cooking steak and baked potatoes, with salad.

    Lunch- spinach salad with egg whites, mushrooms, avocado, cucumber and balsamic vinger

    Thought I was doing so well today! Guess not!


    Anyone have any random cravings? I've been craving a file to fish from McDonald, BUT I don't want to get one I think it would make me feel gross after eating.

    Lunch: handful baked BBQ lays
    Snack: gummy bears, pretzels, ice cream cone
    Dinnerish: papa johns works and random candy.
    I should get some veggies in my diet.

    I feel like I can't stop eating dinner! But I've had a mini bagel with peanut butter and jelly, soup and salad with some bread, handful or more of chips, pineapple and pears, spaghetti with meat sauce and breadsticks. Then I ate a few bites of my bf pizza. I'm stuffed but I feel like in 20 minutes I'll want to be back in the fridge...

    Snack:  mini pear from New Zealand.  (look for these.. they are called honey belles....)

    Lunch:  toasted tomato sandwich and water

    Dinner:  Homemade Mexican-ish chicken vegetable soup, a few tortilla chips, water with lime

    I was SO hungry yesterday (Sat). I woke up at 5am for work and had OJ and an Egg McMuffin (minus the egg) on the way in. By 10:30 am I needed my lunch and ate a PBJ sandwich and pack of fruit gushers. Afternoon snack bag of Doritos (ind bag not huge one). We ordered pizza for dinner so by the time it got here (8pm) starving again so I had 4 slices and 3 mozzarella sticks followed by a cosmic brownie. Needless to say went to bed with a tummy ache : /

    Dinner- a popcicle and sliced apple

    Most I've been able to eat in ages and first day everything stayed down in a LONG time!

    So far today I've had eggs with kielbasa, breakfast potatoes and two cinnamon rolls.

    I'm a much better eater during the week when I'm a work.  I'm a teacher and we seem to have a break at appropriate snack times.  I usually have breakfast one at 6 am, then breakfast #2 at school (usually toast or a granola bar and some juice), recess at 11, lunch at 12:30, then an afternoon snack at 3 and dinner at 6.  That way, I can plan my day around healthy snacks and such.  On the weekends, it just doesn't happen.

    Where are you from?! I've never heard of a peanut butter donut! I love PB and donuts:)

    Since my MS has gone down, I haven't been eating as much! I was on the road a lot today, so hear it goes:

    Breakfast: handful of Cheerios
    Lunch: cheddar popcorn and a sweet and salty chewy bar ( I was on the road).
    Snack: carrots
    Dinner: turkey spaghetti and garlic bread
    Dessert: about to have some apple pie and ice cream!!

    Ahhhhhhhmazing.
    Dinner by DH: velvetta shells and cheese lol with diced cooked for listeria safety ham. Lol. We obviously are back to the coast now. Also I just had a foodgasam recalling my breakfast and brunch.

    Dinner: probably ground beef with some onions over rice and cheese
    Right now: headed to 7/11 for a banana slurpee (: I've never liked banana flavor before pregnancy!

    So the rest of my day was bad. We had a super lazy Sunday. I had rocky road ice cream, veggie straws, a pickle, some more juice, a bowl of honey bunches of oats. For dinner I had two chicken tacos and some pizza rolls. Ugh.

    Way to go everybody. I feel much better about eating fries and candy, and now I have some good ideas about healthy snacks and lunches. I also am making my boyfriend go get a box of velveeta mac & cheese.
