Loving my foster son....

Hating how I feel I don't get all information upfront. I know it a process but I should not have to pull teeth for medical history, consistency from bio parents, and all parties being upfront and honest. I also feel the more I fight the more I am hitting my head on a wall. Any tips to become more diplomatic would be grand.
I always wanted to be a mom, I just didn't know how I would get there.

    Do you have open lines of communication with his ad litem or casa worker if he has one? Our casa worker has been invaluable with getting information. A lot of times I feel like I wouldn't know anything if it wasn't for her!

    I wish I had some advice to offer you. I feel that this is so often the case when reunification id's the plan, and the people it hurts most are the children. I'm sorry you are having such a tough time, and hope you find a way to get more information from them soon.
